7Excellent experience today; so different from the awful appointment at the Exeter Quest last week. The phlebotomist easily found my doctors (in the computer) who requested a copy of the results. She was warm and friendly and drew my blood quickly and painlessly. In and out in minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!
Always convenient and fast. Make an appointment online and you'll be In-N-Out in 15 minutes. It is inside the mall to the left of super shoes
This place has the rudest employees. Unreal how their behavior is allowed by management, as this is every single time. If you are a walkin, they tell you they don't have time in a rude manner and to wait outside in the mall, not inside their office. Or for a glucose test they tell you that it says you have 5 mins but they can only give you 2 mins because they don't have time. Say what? The work ethic and customer service is low standard and unacceptable.
This place is impossible to find. No major signage out front and no one to answer the phone to help with directions. I spent 30 minutes driving around trying to find this place and missed my appointment.
I took my son here today for blood work. It was his first time getting blood drawn and he was very nervous. The phlebotomist was amazing with him and it was a great experience. We didn’t have an appointment and got in right away.
I am not pleased with quest. My bloodwork was sent there and they refused to send the bill to my insurance company for a year and a half until they sent it to collections. I would call them, they'd say they updated my account with the right insurance, I'd ask for a paper bill and never received one. They are absolutely despicable.
Super nice lady took care of me. Went to the wrong location and was late to the apt.but she got me in. Very helpful.
