Great service, Friendly staff. Prefer Forest Hills location over White Oak where staff is miserable. Saturday hours are a bonus when most locations close at 3: 00 or 4: 00.

I had an appointment for 7: 10 for fasting labs. I arrived and checked in as soon as they opened. People without appointments were called back before me, I wasn’t called back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Once called back they couldn’t find my lab orders. In the middle of looking through their unsorted faxes to find my orders, the person who was looking went off and completed other tasks before resuming looking for my lab orders. Their website FAQ specifically says if your provider sent them your lab orders, do not call ahead to confirm this. They never found them, and then asked me to go back to the waiting room so I can call my doctor. I left. Checked my paper copies of my lab orders from my doctor when I got home, it showed clearly on there that they had been sent to this location. They just lost them and made it my problem. The staff were also rude to me and anyone else in the waiting room. I won’t be returning and suggest you find another lab to visit if you are considering this one.

Very poor billing procedure. Medicare paid Quest the week after the service was rendered. Hours on the phone and Quest customer service refuses to request benefit summaries from Medicare. ALL OF THE INFO. HAS TO. BE RESEARCHED BY. PATIENT. I was billed for three years and sent to.collection.
Sent several copies of benefits summaries. BEWARE

Poorly staffed. I was there for a 7: 10 pre registered appointment and no one was there to open until 7: 20. I had other appointments after and this put me late. It happened to my husband last time he was there too

I just want to say that the ladies and gentlemen are so kind and gentle when it comes to taking blood. The lady I had yesterday was so good I didn't even feel the needle go in my arm and most of all NO BRUISING! Thanks so much.

I could have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the huge bruise and golf ball size bump I got! I'm 72 years old and have had numerous IV's, and lots of blood work done, and I never got bruised like this! I will not go back

For ALL QUEST LOCATIONS This is the worst, when you cant speak to a rep, trying to make an appointment for employment screening chose one but they did not confirm it the system messed up cant call back to get the cue to confirm it cannot talk to anyone. Computers are good but God is in control.this system sucks, we need to be able to reach a human being.for all

Easy dealing in terms of the logistics. But the technician seemed a bit rough inserting and removing. I decided I would never go back. I didn't decide to leave a review until a few days later I noticed this bruise in my arm from the experience.

I went in for a doctor scheduled blood test today, the staff member brought up an outstanding balance with them. When I asked what it was for she said she couldn't show me but I needed to pay it right now or get sent to collections. I told her I don't pay bills unless I have a copy of them and have not been provided any information on them to which she "pfft" and shook her head like I owed her directly. The other employee then started rattling off questions from across the hall in regards to my health history which I'm sure could be a HIPAA violation since all the doors were open and no one else should be hearing my health history.

Everyone is stressed but taking an attitude with a customer about something they have no records of while not being able to provide any documentation is not acceptable.

Every tech that I have had is thorough and efficient. I've been told I am "not an easy stick" because I have rolling veins. I don't leave bruised, and it's usually 1 and done.

They messed up insurance information. It has been impossible to get it corrected after calling several times calling and emailing trying to get things accurate. Very, very very bad service

Just got back from getting my blood drawn and I had to leave a 5-star review! I have very severe anxiety, especially around blood, and every other time I've needed labs done I've fainted. They also usually have to stick me 10 different times in 10 different places. Not here! The employees were so kind and understanding. They let me lay down and were so calming, and the phlebotomist even helped me with my breathing. And she only needed to stick me once! I was a walk-in and I wasn't there longer than half an hour. I had a great experience. Out of all the Quests in the county, this is the best.

I was able to get in quickly even without an appointment. The phlebotomist was so nice and easy to talk to. I’ve always had good experiences getting my blood taken at Quest.

So far the past few times, my experience with them have been good. Walk in and within 5 minutes, I get called and blood drawn. Everything done within 10 minutes. Friendly staff and quick service.

It is seldom, if ever, that I write reviews, but my great experience at the Ardmore Quest Diagnostics compelled me to do so. Awesome and super-friendly staff. I was in and out and really impressed by how cheerful everyone was!

It’s 7: 16 and I am outside waiting for them to open. The hours are 7am to 3pm. Very unprofessional.

In and out. Nobody got hurt. Early on a Saturday without appointment. Other times I've waited for a bit.
