Glad to see this.location open again. The tech is very good.at taking blood and always friendly.

After reading other reviews, I was really apprehensive to come to this location. However, when I arrived at 8am I was helped quickly and professionally. As far as giving blood goes, this was a great experience. Thank you, Erica!

I took my wife there for some blood work because the insurance will not fully cover the cost of the lab work anywhere else. When we got there it was a little before 9am and there were 2 people already being seen. We had a 15 minute wait before my wife's name was called. The person rudely told us that they needed our doctor's phone number and told us that she would have to sign in and wait all over again! It took me less than 30 seconds to get the doctor's phone number from my phone, but she moved on and took in someone who had been there less than 2 minutes. At this point, my wife, who dislikes having blood drawn already, had enough and we had to leave anyway so I could get to work on time. So not only did that person waste my wife's time, but wasted an hour of my time between the drive there and back plus there time in there office. And to top it off, we didn't accomplish what we set out to do in the first place! There is no call for such rude treatment, and now my wife wants nothing to do with Quest Diagnostics, which means that rudeness will also be costing us money.

Not open hours listed. Lost a great job opportunity. Showed up 2: 45 PM. Hours say till 3: 30. Place was a ghost town, door locked not a car in the lot.

I called this place about 10 times to ask about a result and I’m pretty sure they just don’t pick up

Went there this morning, only 1 person staffed to work? She was with someone & there were 2 others in waiting area, I had a pre employment urinalysis, & couldn't wait, I had to go literally

I was there today at 6: 30am. According to website that is the time they open. I left at 6: 40am when no one showed up and the doors were still locked. I returned at 7: 00am. The sign in the hallway said they opened at 7: 00am. The phlebotomist Erica was there and she was getting patients through quickly and she was very nice. I asked her about the times and she stated they have never been open at 6: 30am. Quest needs to fix this but this location is just fine.

I showed up for my appointment and the company ran out of containers. I don't know how but they did. On top of this, the lady who helped me was super rude to me.

I have literally never had a problem at this location, it's the only Quest I go to and with or without appointment I have always been processed quickly, gently, and accurately. Erika is the best! Not sure if the other reviews are older reviews with previous employees but I have never had a problem at this location.

We always use Quest when we need lab work done. The staff was professional and very friendly. I was only there for less than 15 minutes without an appointment. I highly recommend this location.

We were there today to get blood work done. The doctors office apparently faxed over the prescription for the test. They didn’t have the prescription because they said their fax machine hasn’t worked for about 2 weeks. How can you run a business like this with a broken fax machine? Why wouldn’t this be fixed same day? Very dissatisfied with this place!

I don’t know what all the negative reviews were about. I set up an appointment, in and out in less than 10 minutes and Stephanie was very good taking the blood. I also appreciated that they were very upfront with the costs.

I really like Quest. The staff is rushed at times (or should a say single person always working there). Hence only 4 stars. I like being able to book an appointment online or just walk in. Plus I save a lot because my insurance prefers them. I have been to holy spirit hospital and it cost me hundreds more out of pocket for the same tests. Dont like the prepay policy they implimented a few years ago. I always paid my bill when I received it.but I guess alot dont

Poor customer service. I have a hifonated last name and I was informed by my work place as well as a Quest rep that my name was put in a certain way.the young lady in staff refused to search my name properly and told me I had leave. Very rude and didn’t take the time out to do her job effectively. Deeply disappointed.

I give a 1 Star because it's the lowest I can give. If not I would've given none. I go in for a drug screening and the attendant tells me that the bathroom is out of order to go to the nearest Quest. As soon as I'm leaving I see an other patient coming out of the bathroom with a bottle of urine. Don't waste your time in this lab. Not worth going.

The service here is terrible. Every time my family goes here (we have to go, it's the only place our insurance will cover for bloodwork) we're treated like we're a giant inconvenience. My wife called up today to try and find out if our doctor had faxed over blood work papers for my son, and was promptly told "I am extremely busy, I have a lot of patients and you're just going to have to call back. " When my wife asked when she could call back, the woman said "I don't even know, I am extremely busy and you're just going to have to call back later. " Yeah, fat chance. Why did you even pick up the phone if you were "that busy"? Thankfully my son's blood work ended up being sent to the linglestown location, so we don't have to deal with Miss Sunshine. I don't even care that it's 30 minutes away. Avoid the Londonderry Rd Quest if you can.
Just an unprofessional place.
