Quest Diagnostics King of Prussia reviews
15I was so pleased with service provided by Barbara. She took the time to walk me through the collection process with a friendly demeanor and did an excellent job making me feel comfortable. Barbara represents Quest Diagnostics well and the company is lucky to have someone so kind and talented!
Worst experience ever
On their website they say appointments are highly encouraged so you have the priority.
When I went there; most people were walk-ins and they spent much less time waiting in the small crowded room.
I arrived before my appointment and many walk-ins were served before me. I had to wait for an extra 45 minutes after my scheduled time.
This happened also with 2 other people who scheduled appointments as well.
Another issue with my copay; one of the tests required; The copy is 4x the test price!
The phlebotomist told me that she has nothing to do with it and I have to contact the billing department.
I just left and all i can say is Barbara the person who greeted me with a smile was the person who took my blood she was very professional and helpful I don't like getting needles but if i have to i will definitely go back there she had me in and out great customer service Thank you
I have been a patient at Quest Diagnostics in king of Prussia pa
The staff is very professional all the time! They are always on time with my appointments!
Dr. Paul Quinn has many Degrees! When your there just tell him your issues! Knowing what it is Dr. Paul Quinn goes right to the source and resolves the problem! There is no Contract to sign and there are no number of treatments you must complete! They are Honest & care about my well being!
Sincerely
Joan Fertal
Reporting them to the better business bureau immediately. Horrible bedside matter, complained to my face when I dropped off a specimen that it's a lot of paperwork and they close in 15 minutes, and all around rude leaving me in the waiting room when I arrived for over 20 minutes without acknowledgement.
I received results from my doctor saying ALL 6 TUBES I DROPPED OFF WERE INSUFFICIENT TO BE READ - which is absolutely impossible because one of them was a swab.
For a person who clearly has a medical problem, there was no attention or care for me as a patient. These women should be fired and I will make sure this is reported.
I also demand my money back.
I had a 7: 15 appointment before work, I showed up 10 min early and they were able to see me right away. I was done and out the door by 7: 20, easy and quick.
I called in for appointment at 1230pm, and they asked me to come in directly. And I was waiting until 230pm with no response. Worst location and worst customer receiving
Seems to get pretty busy most days, I highly recommend making an appointment to skip the wait of a walk in. Staff is friendly and all of my visits have gone smoothly. It is hard to find as it's hidden pretty far down the hall from most entrances. They do have some signs pointing to the right door, but are only visible once you walk quite a ways.
Difficult to find and hours are different than listed online. All I had to do was drop off and I wasted 15 minutes waiting for them to unlock the door
Tech was professional and efficiently moving people in and out, thank you. Location was well maintained.
Normally they are pretty good at this site. Just check what time lunch is because the Quest website is not always correct. If you are a walk in, you may want to call to check that they are open when they say.
I called to make sure they were open & asked, and I quote, "are you open all day? " Then when I arrived at 11: 30 they were closed for lunch until 12: 15. Absolutely ridiculous.
Took my son there for blood draw. He is very afraid of needles. The woman who drew his blood was very good with him, and when it was all done, he remarked that it barely even hurt.
This was the worst experience getting blood drawn I ever experienced. (Ihave blood taken 3-6 times a year) The Location was unkempt upon arrival (used cotton balls on the floor) and the man who worked there wore ripped gloves and with open cuts on his hands. I hope this location gets a good evaluation and cleans up for health safety.
The person drawing my blood was telling me all about a boy she knew on Facebook who has HIV and was making fun of his sexuality while she should be paying attention to the needle in my arm. I also do not appreciate discrimination of someone that I don't even know, I do not want to hear about your Facebook issues, or how you feel about Gay people. Extremely inappropriate.
