I visited the Granite Run Drive location on the morning of 9/15/2023. I was a walk-in with no appointment. I checked in at the self-service kiosk and was told it would be a 1-hr wait. I ended up waiting just 25 minutes. Ranysha was my lab tech and she couldn’t have been more friendly, kind & professional. A+

Seeing all these negative reviews, I just had to review my experience because it was exceptional. Would definitely return.

Della is a star! Thank you.

I don’t do well with needles -have a tendency to pass out. She treated every step with care, and made sure that I was fine by the time I left.

The Hispanic 5”0, brown eyes, short brown/highlights, tattoo on her ring finger was really unpleasant. I went to get drug tested yesterday and she yelled at me for not having the correct paper she didn’t even explain what paper it was or showed me. She made me feel bad about it and talked in Spanish which she said unkind things. The next day I came and I wanted a proof copy that I took the test. She refused to give me one and I asked her why and she just gave me an attitude and when I told her she’s giving me attitude and violating my patients rights she got offended and decided to call my mom.

She shouldn’t be working here if she’s not going to give patient education, make patients feel bad, give attitude, and walk away.

Do your self a favor and avoid this place for blood test. I don’t remember the lady who took my bloods name, but she was tall with black hair, in her early thirties.

She had an attitude and also did not know what she is doing. It was a traumatizing experience for me.avoid

I went there 3 weeks ago on a Saturday morning, and I could not have had a better experience! I showed up about 10-15 minutes before my appointment, and I was in and out before my actual appointment time. The staff were kind, professional, personable, and efficient. I’m normally squeamish about anything to do with blood or needles, but the person who took my blood was so competent and efficient, that I didn’t feel the time go by. I highly recommend this place.

My appointment was for 11: 00. My blood was drawn and I was out the door at 11: 03. My results were sent to me in email the very next day! Talk about impressive! Quest thrives on efficiency, and if you can get into their guidelines your visit will go like a charm. Sign up online, book your appointment on line. Take down the cryptic code they give you. Be on time. Enter your code, have your drivers license and insurance ready to scan. I brought my script with me so I could hand it directly to them. My nurse, Taylor was pleasant, efficient, not overly friendly. I had a sassy lady last visit which was engaging. But I can understand, if your ducks are not in order, it will be a frustrating experience. So get organized, get yourself together, have your docs ready.

I would recommend to Quest, to maybe have a vending machine of fruit juice or donuts or something for those of who feel queasy or light headed after giving tubes of blood, and need sugar. At the very least please be sure there are cups available for customers to be able to partake of your water fountain.

Another review to mention the rude and unprofessional staff. I made an appointment for here through my provider a couple days ago and was told to get my blood work drawn only to be snapped and yelled at by the woman working this morning because the paperwork wasn’t there. She angrily brought a pile of papers into the office area from the fax and quickly shuffled through them before telling me I’d have to make a new appointment and come back later. Even though the paperwork issue wasn’t the fault of Quest, that woman could have been a little nicer about it. Super rude and super unprofessional, that was totally uncalled for.

There’s a reason this place has a 2.0 overall review, maybe think about getting better employees. Extremely rude, made an appointment was not seen for over an hour after, while other people walked in after me and every single person went in front. Another lady was here with the same exact issue, stating how we aren’t the only ones waiting and how they’re understaffed. That’s understandable, a lot of places are understaffed but if you don’t have the compassion, and the want to be in the healthcare field PLEASE find a warehouse job where you don’t have to deal with others, both lady’s one were just so unhappy with themselves and job. It was written all over their face and attitude.
