I was turned away from my appointment due to the fact that I had forgotten to fast before my tests. That's my own fault but the employee I spoke to was appallingly rude and condescending. The treatment I received is unacceptable and the employee in question needs to be corrected. When I reschedule, I will go to a different facility.

The ad loop about social distancing is annoying when you’re packed into a small waiting area. Not that I care too much about distancing, but it is important to some and comical when you’re packed in like sardines.
Only virtue signal about your Covid guidelines if you can actually back them up, please.
Also continually talking about the importance of an appointment when you make people sit 30 minutes past their appointment is really annoying. Either space your appointment sign ups out more so you can actually get people on time, or just get people in on time!

I came here two years ago and there was a much bigger waiting area that was more comfortable to sit in. Now, post Covid we are smashed into a small room waiting half an hour past our scheduled appointment.

It’s sad to see that this is the state of healthcare in an alleged first world country.

I am shocked to read these reviews! I came in as a walk around 8am today. Crystal came up and saw that I had checked in. She explained to me that I should make an appt because it is not a guarantee that I would be seen today. Before I could even schedule my appt, she offered to take me anyway as long as I could wait a few minutes. She was ready to go in 2 minutes, took me back, had two blood samples & a urine test. All took about 5-10 minutes. Crystal was calm, quick, and kept me distracted! Getting bloodwork is never fun, but she made it easy! My advice is to have patience with short staffed healthcare workers, understand that walk-ins will have to wait, and do not be rude to these phlembotomists… after all, they are the ones with the sharp things! Crystal- you were stellar!

They get two reviews for the short Indian woman who helped me but we both forgot to get my urin sample. So I had to go back two day later but she wasn't there and the oerson there insisted I had to pay again for something I already paid for. She was a heavy set black woman who would not listen to the facts.

Very rude to patients. Takes credit card numbers and charges card without any notifications.
Reaching out to customer service is also a disaster.

I havent gone because no matter which location I call I cannot get a human being on the phone. All I need are the directions and hours and how to deal with the specimens I need to bring in but there is n way to know this info. I will not use them now or in the future

First, I'd like to compliment the phlebotomist. She alone ran the whole place, is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10. However, what wasn't a 10 out of 10 is the "Quest" process and experience. It needs a lot of retooling. They should never let their facility have only one person working. It's a very busy place, it needs more workers. That's not to say the lone phlebotomist couldn't handle it but it's not fair to her. Some extra assistance goes a long way. For a first timer, the automated check-in process (inside the facility) was confusing. I'm in the info tech field, so it should have been easy for me. I somehow reached a screen that said you're all set when in fact I never provided my appointment code or personal info. Don't choose the option to wait in your car cause you'll never get a text and when you finally walk back in you won't get credit for the time you waited in the car. People in general can't help but to rudely jump ahead when asked who was here first. Appointment time is totally out the window and is meaningless. No one was working the front desk. The tv that was on an advertising loop for quest services was too loud. Like, I get it, you do blood work and provide results. I don't need to keep hearing about it. On the ad loop, they claimed little to no wait but i waited over 45 minutes with an appointment and showing up early. The app kept indicating that I would pay out of pocket even though I selected the option show my insurance card during the visit. The conclusion: If you can, try to have blood work done by your family doctor. It's a hassle to use Quest.

The Indian lady who everyone mentioned is very disrespectful! I will never go there again!

Do not go to this location. Staff is extremely rude to patients. It's incredible. Do a favor to yourself and go anywhere else.

I have been trying to cancel my appt for today for the last 2 hours. Appt today the 5th at 2: 15.
Terrible appt system and unable to even leave a message to cancel.

Quick Walk-in and done in under 10 min. Went on a Wed afternoon before closing. Staff was friendly. Process was smooth. Place had all warnings and guiding messages for visitors.

Everytime you enter this facility, you will be greeted with a condescending and bullying manner “do you have an appointment? ” Like it is a crime to not have an appointment. Ironically, they advertise “walk-ins” accepted.
If you answer no and you are a walk in patient, you will be humiliated in front of many that you should have an appointment next time or given an option to schedule online or to wait for hours. The message is clear but delivered in very condenscending manner. What an inconsistent way of advertising and very poor customer service!
I have seen customers and elderlies treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully by staff.

I had an appointment today for my lab work. The girl who drew my blood was pleasant and professional. However, I could overhear another employee (who I see is referenced in several other reviews) treating an elderly male patient horribly. She was so rude and condescending to him. He was so patient and he told her he was hard of hearing. She didn’t even respond to him. She just continued with her rotten attitude and disrespect. She does not belong in any customer service position. It seems multiple reviews here state the same thing about her yet she is still there. I’d go as far as calling her verbally abusive toward her patients. I only go to this lab once a year because I have to for our health insurance wellness screening. I would recommend Labcorp right up the street for more humane service.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I walked into them giving another gentleman a hard time. They then had me sit down after I did not have an appointment. After waiting 25 minutes they told me that they would not be able to help me and could not take me because I HAD to have an appointment she then gave me a paper explaining everything and was very rude about it. I would never go there again even if someone paid me to do so. Very unprofessional and rude staff

This facility is busy, but the staff is efficient! They are doing their job which requires careful attention to detail, and they don’t have time for pleasantries! I recommend scheduling an appointment online

This location does not honor appointments. Fasted for blood work and the sent me away as they were to busy. The staff at Quest is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and lazy. Do not go here! Check with your Dr for a competent lab.
