She dropped a vial on the floor, picked it up, put it aside, got a new vial without changing the glove, then did the blood draw. Never going back there again.

I had to get some last minutes bloodwork done and was dreading the typical long wait followed by the miserable attitudes of so many people in customer service. I was so pleasantly surprised and appreciative how awesome and efficient and personable the lab tech Chanel was!

Quest's 803 Locust St location should be renamed "Chelsea Diagnostics Lab" because Chelsea, who is the lab's primary phlebotomist, is exceptionally good at her her job.   Moreover, her "people skills" are unparalleled. Regarding those patients who might be a "tad nervous" about having their blood drawn, Chelsea is both compassionate and reassuring.   Last but not least, she operates and maintains an exceedingly clean laboratory.

While the technician was professional she was busy talking to another professional and had the sample bottle in front of her on the desk. While I was reaching across the desk and not getting in the way of the other technician as they spoke about her niece who was working part time at the office, I hit my head on the upper cabinet. They both expressed concern but I was not feeling well and just wanted to leave. She could have handed the bottle to me but the technicians were to busy talking. Today I have sore spot on my forehead. It appears to be minor but could have been worse.
