I had a scheduled appointment at 7: 10, checked in at 7: 00 and was seen almost immediately. The phlebotomist who collected my blood was efficient and friendly. I would choose this location again.

Great experience. I usually pass out every time I get blood work done. Cassandra (I’m pretty sure that was her name she was in room 3) was absolutely amazing. She got my vein on the first time which has never happened for me, talked to me to make sure I was okay, and before you knew it she was done. I didn’t even feel dizzy. I’m going back every time I need blood work. She is amazing.

I was there 4: 20 before they close just for drop off she wouldn't take it not blood work just drop off while door wasn't lock and they were open.
I always have problem with this location.

Very fast service. Technician was very polite. Check in was a computer and was easy to use.

Staff is very professional and friendly. I usually don't make appointments and just walk-in and I am typically able to get in and out very quickly.

Been many times for testing & have always been treated professionally as well as very kindly! I am a minority, not that it has anything to do with treatment from this lab. I give respect with a smile & receive the exact same actions for many years now!

I came to get my son a drug test for his new job. They don't do those anymore. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Got in and out prompt. And the tech who handled me was outstanding. She was not only good at what she does but she was very friendly and knew how to make sure her patient was calm.

They were awesome! I wish I knew the lady’s name but she was great! And helped me the other quest I went to was slow and lazy! I will drive 30mins to come to this quest! And she only had to try once to get blood on me which never happens! So happy!
They were busy but I was in and out within like 15mins it was great! Thank you!

I go to this place every month and the staff are so nice and patient. Really nice place and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.:)

Timely if appointment made online in advance. Agree that one of the staff seemed rude. Tiny waiting area given times we are in and patient waiting did not have mask over his nose so I waited outside the door. Looking for other locations to go to. Used to really like this one for years.

Today I was accompanying a patient for an appointment. I was rudely stopped at the door when I walked behind her, being touched on my chest by the phlebotomist asking who are you? Remember, you are a allowed 1 guest to accompany a patient. Anyway, I guess she felt the need to ask me because I'm black and my patient is white. I felt so humiliated, allowing this to occur in front of everyone. I had to remain professional even though she had not.

Sign in was a tiny bit confusing because I did not get the qr code in an email. Once I entered my phone number it moved quickly. I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving and was out in less than 10. The technician was very fast, business like, but no bedside manner. If you want in and out quickly and efficiently, this is the place.
