I made an appointment online and used the check-in link in the text message. I was called in 1 minute early and done in 5 minutes - can't do better than that. Tech was very nice as well.

I am notoriously hard to get blood from, so very nervous about this bloodwork. Thankfully, Jade was my phlebotomist, she is kind and efficient and she got the blood so fast! In and out, needless to say I’ll be coming to this quest from now on, I’m not sure if she’ll be happy about seeing me next time but I will certainly be happy to see her! Thank you, Jade!

Don't go here. Messed up my lab work twice in less than a year. One test was lost and another time they did the wrong test. And when I tried to have it corrected no one at Quest had any interest in helping and definitely is doing everything to avoid giving me a refund for the tests that I paid for.

Christine was FABULOUS! No wait time, HUGE personality, very professional… but MY biggest thing … She left no marks (which for me is amazing, I bruise terribly) WAY TO GO! But more so, She talks to you like you’re a Human being, not just a number through the door!
5 Stars all the way … thanks for making my day!

I've only had positive experiences here. I highly recommend this site for labwork. Make an appointment if possible.

Took my daughter, who's in a walking cast for blood work today and it snowed in the morning. When we showed up the others businesses in the plaza had their sidewalks clean and salted but not yours. Glad to see your concern for our "safety" like the sign says on the front door. But that false sense of security that everyone is wearing a mask should put mind at ease for all safety concerns.

Been here a handful of times over the past 5 years and never had a single issue. I have tricky veins too and they’re great.honestly don’t know why so many bad reviews?

Very rude nobody ever at the desk! Twice in the last month both times we had trouble. My opinion if you don’t have bed side manners find another job! Script was faxed to them and she said they never got it very rudely I must say. Never asked or offered to call the other quest in Cranbery where most get mixed up with these two locations.
Just horrible!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They are not friendly or helpful there whatsoever. Go to the cranberry lab by monte cellos, they are way more helpful and actually acknowledge you. The only reason I went here is because they had availability for that day. I understand why now because no one wants to go there.

Thankfully, I made an appointment because they were super busy! (Saturday morning, so expected) I got in very close to my appointment time, Kim was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Quest, Kim and the 7 fields location.
****I had to return Monday morning to get another test and had Paula! She was able to get my information in quickly and resolved a small issue I had with my paper work. My blood draw was pain free and quick!

Horrible. The nurse was tired and ready to leave, they could not find her vein. They kept poking, she fainted, they gave her nothing to drink. She said “ we can’t give orange juice in case someone is allergic and they try to sue us“ they didn’t give her anything to drink. Very unprofessional.

First the log in system sucks! BUT After the administrator, Kristen saw me having problems. She came to the rescue. She was fantastic! My test was a little complicated BUT she know exactly how to handle it. And she was extremely professional and pleasant. I would recommend this location for your testing needs. 10 stars for Kristen.

I’ve always used Quest for my routine blood work, but this was by far the worst service location I’ve experienced. I made a 3pm appointment, checked in, then waited in my car for the call/text to enter the facility. After waiting 15 minutes with no notifications I decided to go in. There was no one in the waiting room or front office. I finally knocked on the glass door and the lab tech answered. She said that I was texted multiple times and then cancelled my appointment after no response. I never received a text. However I know that she could have also called, and clearly didn’t. When she took me back she asked for my script. I just had an electronic version on my phone. She said that an electronic script was not sufficient and that I had to fax the script over. She also mentioned that I could not email the script because the internet in the building was down. I then proceeded to have my doctor fax over the script. They called me back twice stating that they were getting a “no response” error. As i searched for a solution the lab tech wiped down the counters and doors and offered no help stating that the fax machine should be working. She never at any point went back to check if the machine was working. She clearly looked like she was ready to end her day early and didn’t want to be bothered by a patient. Thankfully I was able to have my script faxed over to the North Hills location and was able to be seen. The lab tech here said that the electronic version on my phone could have been used. The first lab employee from the seven fields location should seriously be evaluated for competency, professionalism, and ability to provide quality customer service.

My elderly mother needed to use the rest room, we waited over an hour in the parking lot came in and asked to use the restroom and were told they can’t unlock a door because they are with a patient, I’m FURIOUS it would take 2 seconds to unlock the door better yet why not have your restrooms in the waiting room instead of behind a locked door!

Personally I had a great experience. Was taken back right away for a scheduled appointment and both techs (had a one hour glucose so someone got me started and another tech drew) were friendly and efficient. Clean facility and they seemed to be busy and working hard.

Kept increasing my wait time to accommodate appointments, which is fine. But when my wait was increased to 17 minutes, I stepped outside to tell my husband and they cancelled my place in line. I had been waiting over 45 minutes.

Needed prenatal labs done asap. Never been here before, showed up Saturday morning, checked myself in and was back with a tech within 10 minutes. Thank you for helping me so efficiently!

No one checks the front desk for customers who may need to ask a question and not need to check in. I knocked on the glass and no one acknowledged me.
