This is the worst. I wasn't told that I needed to schedule an appointment so I am considered a walk in. However, the employess doesn't come out from the back for at least every 25 minutes. Calling the scheduled appointments but know one is answering but instead of taking the one that are here and considered walk-ins until the scheduled ones come no she walks away. In the back laughing and giggling with co workers.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. It’s impossible to make an appointment. Their online appointment page is broken, their automated phone system takes forever and doesn’t allow you to make an appointment, and for some reason, you’re not able to make an appointment in person. Avoid this place.

I arrived 30 minutes ago and have yet to even see an employee. I even scheduled an appointment to avoid "wait time. "

This is ridiculous.

If you are considering a contract with this company, consider elsewhere!

This place pathetic made a appointment. Are system down, no call back. Don't waste your time here.

The worst service I received in my life. Literally had to go to Subway next door to relieve myself before a urine test 3 times. Don't even deserve one star. Absolutely terrible.

Worst lab, not friendly at all! Does not take into consideration the patients health!
And dont pick the calls as well!

First off they never open on time! We all have to be somewhere and if they don’t care enough about their clients then we should all go elsewhere! I don’t have patience for this place at all! Also there is only one person who actually works until 8 then others show!

Wait times are not what they say on screen. Said 15 min. Waited about an hour just to drop something off!

How is it possible for a place of business to have an opening at 7am and then just choose not to open at that time? If you didn’t want to open until 8am you shouldn’t make the opening at 7am! Some of us have to get to work at the time it opens, must be nice for those that have guidelines or suggested openings.

Waiting for over 2 hours as people with appointments keep showing up and going ahead of me. But everyone is told not to make an appointment. There is only one rude person here to take care of everything from reception to lab work. I had to fast for this test and will probably not be seen today because they close at 11: 30!

Tara was kind to me and skilled at the blood draw. A lot of people were sent here from another facility all at once, and she handled what must have been a long afternoon for her staff very smoothly and gracefully.

No one at front desk to talk to. Extremely behind schedule.what should've been a 30 minute or less appointment is now over an hour. And they don't know how to talk to people.

Absolutely NOT Helpful at all. Wasted 2 appointments because they wont make a simple phone call to my Doctor.

Came "prepared" for Employment drug screen. I waited over an hour and "held it in" for almost 2 hours. Totally disorganized, empty office and the staff must be taking a smoke break in between each client because pee tests and bloodwork just don't take this long.

The front desk receptionist has no patience and does not know how to speak to people. She is rude and arrogant. She should not work with the public. She is very unprofessional.

Ignorant and lazy people work there. It's posted on a small spot on the front door.that they close at 11: 30. Broke my balls because I showed up 11: 15.
