Managed to get a next day appointment due to a 1 business day turnaround requirement on a test, but I decided to walk in first thing and try getting everything done as early as possible.

Brooke was able to accommodate me within 15 minutes of the office opening and was very kind. I was in and out! Thank you Brooke.

I really like the staff that work here, Recently though, My father dropped a specimen off for me and I think he took it to the wrong place. Trying to speak with someone at the location was impossible. Don't know if they received it or not!

Fast, efficient and know their job. You are taken at your appointment time with no waiting. I used to go to Penn Medicine in West Grove but always had to wait past my appointment time.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been her on numerous occasions and they leave you in the waiting forever. It’s pretty easy since there’s no front desk for you to even speak to anyone. I had a time sensitive blood work that needed to get completed by 9am. I was the only one in the waiting room for 30 minutes and they still couldn’t see me in time. I will be going back to labcorp regardless if my insurance covers it. Nothing but bad experience here.

This lab has seriously put my sons health and life in jeopardy. Yesterday his doctor sent him for a stat/emergency blood draw for possible blood clots. He arrived for his scheduled 2 45 appt and they said they didn't have paperwork. Son called doctor they said they had faxed 4 times and to put tech on phone! Tech then said she had to go get her kids and didn't have time to look 4 the fax.arrive for new appt today. THEY SEND HIM 2 ER AS ITS A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY! Seriously calling attorney.

Waited a hour for the people to tell me that I had the wrong insurance only to find out it was false quest was the only place that takes it

Staff was very friendly but after a month waiting on test results I’ve left several voicemails and sent emails to find out where my results are. Very dissatisfied as they don’t answer their phone, don’t return calls, and don’t return emails. Will be last time I use this location.

Picked up a collection kit and was given a large brown bag. No instructions, no guidance, no customer support. I have several bags, one which states frozen. -should this be in freeezer? Should I freeze anything? What do I do with any of it? Called lab this am, no call back. My son's testing has been delayed for days because I have no idea what to do and can't get in touch with anyone in the company or at the location.
