Location is dirty and waiting area is packed. Chairs are social distanced, but when there are too many people for the chairs, they have to stand so social distancing is moot. Workers are not wiping down chairs between users and at least one worker was wearing a mask with vent. MASKS WITH VENTS only protect with breathing in and do not protect others when you are breathing out. This should not be allowed in a medical setting.

The tech was not very friendly and I question her sanitary practices.she touched everything (vials, cotton and arm band before gloves!

They take there good ole time and don't get their patients in time then make em leave to come back the next day. They really need a boost in their staff. Poor working quality.

This is the worst place I have been to supposed to open at 630 but the staff isn’t on time. Rude staff

The automated phone system is terrible. Couldn't find a menu selection to talk to a person or it was buried so deep in the menu selection that they don't want you to speak to anyone.

I have a fear of needles, but the woman who drew my blood was kind and extremely caring. She also was very quick, and when I asked if I could have my blood drawn from my hand she looked at my arm and hand, and said my hand would be the best place! I definitely don’t like lab work, but this place makes me feel a bit better about it.

My experience was great! Simple process of checking in at the Kiosk. They have an eta wait time posted on the TV. Friendly staff acknowledged my presence and stated she would be right with me. She was very thorough with every step of the process was in and out in 15 min

Very unprofessional experience when I arrived today for my drug test for a new job the lady was very rude

I read the horrible reviews the Friday morning I cleared to go to have my blood drawn and became quite nervous about even going. Plenty of horror stories about the staff and wait times. I took the advice of another reviewer and made an appointment for 1: 30. I arrived at 1: 23 and was brought back a few mons before 1: 30. The lady who took me back and drew my blood was very nice and did such a good job (I didn't feel a thing). She had one other younger girl working with her, so I could imagine if they had a lot of unexpected walk ins, things could get backed up. I have nothing bad to say about my experience, but I would advise anyone going to make an appointment, as appointments will take priority over walk ins. It all done via an automated phone system and is very easy.

Went here for an employment drug test and was in and out within 20 minutes. The longest part was just waiting for the lady up front to bring me back. Very courteous and clear with the instructions.

First time using this location today. Lady was doing everything - she was very nice and efficient. I'll go back. I had an appointment - and was taken within 3 minutes of my appointment time.

AWFUL. Giving them 1-star is even too much of a compliment. I came here a few months ago and still to this day have I never received such a rude service before. I tell everyone about this experience. I simply came in for a drug test for a job and I could tell that just because I said "drug test" that I was immediately judged - harshly. Only one person working the waiting room so it took a good hour. Finally get called back, woman tells me to remove jacket and empty pockets. She seems bitter but I figured it was a rough day. She then tells me what to do and I do it. I finish up, come out of the bathroom and am immediately barked that I did it wrong, that I shouldn't have washed my hands. She never told me this beforehand. She then said "I'm guessing you messed everything else up too? " Like what the actual f***!? I tell her to calm down and to finish up the test. She finishes the test, obviously passed it, and then practically whipped my jacket and wallet at me.
I'm sorry to everyone who has to come here. Awful staff. Awful service. If you can, go somewhere else.

Great service and very friendly. I was In and out within 10 min. And I happen to be a hard stick.

Horrible, Horrible! If your coming here pack a lunch! One person working! Shes taking her sweet time. She didn’t help one single person that needed help checking in! Never again! I needed a drug test for employment. Thats it! Been here almost two hours already and no where close to being served!

My first experience at this facility was fine my second one however was not. I waited over an hour due to the fact there was one person waiting with a full waiting room. My arm instantly started to swell and had a lump on it about half an inch high she told me to put ice on it and I would have a bruise today is Tuesday my blood work was Monday the bruise covers my entire forearm and around the back of my arm I called my doctor he wants me 2 use some asper cream and put heat on it and he will see me in 2 days if it's no better.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews, however I had a good experience. I made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early and they took me right on time if not a little early. Make an appointment ahead of time if you want to get in and out quickly, you'll get prioritized over walk-in patients.

Only one person in the office to take care of a steady stream of patients. Ridiculous! I've been here for over an hour.

There was zero wait. The ladies took me back right away and were super friendly. While I was getting the blood drawn I felt slightly nauseous. I told the ladies right away and they quickly attended to me. They rested my head down and placed a compress on my neck. They did not even hesitate to ask me if they call someone to come get me. Unfortantely, I didn't have anyone in the area. They also recommended other solutions and even offered for me to rest in the back. They offered me a beverage and snack too. The one lady stayed with me while the other one assisted other patients. She was very tentive and held a conversation with me to ensure I was okay before I left. She even urged me not to drive and come back in if I feel lightedhead again. You could genuinely tell she was concerned. I highly recommend them.
