Quick Care Pediatrics, Butler PA

Do not go here. They only care about money. They refused to see my child because we are not currently insured and they refused to allow me to self-pay ahead of time. In there words, "We don't do that. " So they don't care about children, only about money.

Lazy staff. Wouldn't clean out my kids impacted ear wax and now she's miserable. Never going back!

An employee by the name Allison/Allie? I believe she needs to be educated about HIPAA laws. Overheard her talking about the mother of a child that was brought in, to a friend of hers. Definitely not work related—She was spreading gossip! It’s sad really cause it just takes one bad apple to ruin a nice establishment. Definitely not bringing my child there!

Starting off with the fact that WE LOOOOVE quick care and the doctors & nurses here, especially Alison. From front to back you see about 4 different people, and they are all extremely nice and so caring. Your questions get answered & Your concerns are taken seriously.

The only thing I would change if there were a suggestion box, would be to make sick people in the waiting room wear a mask.there was a very disrespectful teen coughing freely into the air as I was waiting to be seen with my 2 month old the first and only thing that made me feel uncomfortable.

The doctors are mean to my kids and i always have an attitude they treat my kids and i like were below them. The nurse yelled at my son because he was walking up and down the stairs on the fire truck table my son has severe adhd and he can’t sit still. When i say she yelled she yelled very meanly and loud at him which is unacceptable. I do not like the doctors or nurses here. The front desk woman is very nice.

The staff is so very kind and knowledgeable. Always quick to respond and get an appointment

We’ve been using Quick Care since our first son was an infant. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience with them. It’s amazing how they accommodate working parents by having evening hours and Saturdays. They’ve never turned us away and it has kept us from going to the ER many times. (Urgent cares have sent us away on more than one occasion.) The receptionists are the sweetest women. Every nurse we’ve ever seen has been caring and kind. Every doctor or PA has been thorough and great with the kids. At our last visit, Dr. Sean took extra time to call the pharmacy to help us get the correct medications. It’s obvious he cares about his patients and pushes for the best treatments. I drive 35 minutes to get there but in my opinion it’s the best place around!
