I didn't retain an attorney but I did speak to one regarding the eviction process and other things.and the man I spoke to was very to the point and nice. I would 100% retain him if i needed them

I would think that if a potential client calls for a consult, the attorney would have the courtesy of returning the call; especially when you've called 4 times! I would not give this firm my business!
