My car was totaled when a deer hit me in early September. To say I was entering the "finding a used car nightmare" with fear and trepidation, was an understatement. It would be insufficient to say he went the extra mile in finding my car, getting it to his dealership, but then going over it and being sure it was ready to go. When I took it to my mechanic for a prepurchase check, he was so pleased. He said, "They really did a lot for you" and that "If my wife or daughter needed a car, he would buy this one".
