The only thing he ever provided was a bill.about 4 months after I hired him. He disregarded every single bit of instruction I gave him despite our agreement. I've never even seen Royer or any employees. I was conned. Don't let it happen to you.

If I could give zero stars I would. They started off being helpful enough and stated they would bill two hours to provide a deed plot of my land. I signed a contract and they said I’d have the plot within the week. 5 weeks later I received an invoice in the mail, but I had NOT even received the plot. I email about the plot and they sent an email in response saying sorry but they STILL didn’t even provide the plot! After they finally provided the plot, they refused to budge on price even though it took them a month to give me a plot that they said would take a week (and 2 hours). Unless you want to continually remind them to do what they said they would do, I recommend going somewhere else.

I’ll note that one of their 5 star reviews comes from an individual with the same last name, probably can’t trust any of those good reviews.

This company, the owner, or employees have no respect for anyone. They will leave you out in 5 degrees temperatures with no access to your vehicle. They have no regards for anyone else’s health, time, or money!
