Came to provide service 30 days before originally scheduled. Service technician not aware that heater was in first year of service. However, he called office and no service charges were applied.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company! Every interaction with them has always been pleasant and professional. Juan and his partner not only did a great job on the installation, but they took their time to strategize different ways to connect everything in a way that would look aesthetically pleasing inside and outside my home! I really appreciate their thoughtfulness! They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job as there have been no issues with the unit. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

This was the only company in a long time that I reached out for service in my home and they called next business day. They are polite and professional and your notified though text when your technician is on its way so you don’t have to sit and wonder all day. Tech already had a replacement part in case it was needed from what I explained was the problem with my ductless air conditioner. Even when the installation was done two years ago they cleaned up and keep me informed every step of the way and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with my service with the company both times.

I called R&R to service my mini split unit that was discharging water during humid days. Even in the middle of summer, I was given an appointment within 2-3 days of calling. The scheduling system was very good - they provided a confirmation text of my appointment date/time, and on the day of, I also received a text indicating that they were running a little late but that I was next on their list. Carlos and Juan were the technicians who arrived at my home. They were patient and thorough while explaining the issue and conducting the repair. R&R did charge a fee to show up and diagnose the problem but that was credited back once I agreed to the repair. Overall, I found their pricing to be very reasonable and I appreciated the candor throughout the process, especially considering that I had approached a well-known competitor last year and they were not upfront in their pricing or scope of work. I have already recommended R&R to my neighbors and will happily use them to service my HVAC units for regular maintenance. Great job!

R&R installed a full-house heat pump HVAC system with minisplits in our 1880s Philly rowhouse. 2 condensers and 12 handlers. They did a truly excellent job, and we highly recommend them.

Ramon is knowledgeable and clear about the options, and answered all our questions. We felt confident and secure about the choices we made. The price was fair, and significantly better than other estimates.

Chief installer Juan was a perfectionist, without letting that slow him down. He and Ramon solved all kinds of tricky install questions in our old house, keeping the heat pump machinery very much out of sight, and the bare minimum inside. The install was incredibly neat, and we're thrilled with the results.

R&R came in to clean up an install from another HVAC company. R&R was able to fix the issues with my system, replace a mini-split on the 2nd floor, and clean everything up in a single day. The system has worked perfectly since and they have been out to clean the system on a regular schedule. Would highly recommend R&R, especially for mini-split systems.
