Rabbit Transit reviews
12It’s horrible when they try to make up the rules as they go. I understand people are using the c-19 and working from home as there excuse to NOT do their jobs appropriately. I just want to know how they got the contract to work with the mental/physical public in providing transportation to/from their medical appointments. Who is the president and are they aware of the trouble-some office practices. It’s crazy that is all I’m saying.
The driver was absolutely fantastic. This was my family's first transport and he was the best. Very engaging with us during our trip. I will recommend Rabbit to all my friends
This transportation system is incredible and convenient, but the schedules are a bit tricky. Otherwise great transportation system.
When will the Transfer center be completed? And could you release some drawings, blue prints. On how it will look? We are sure the city would only approve a design that matches the colonialism look of downtown. A ultra modern future looking design would look pretty awesome.
The Lady driving the bus tried to hit the car while I was riding on it and it was a very scary ride.
They are constantly cancelling rides. Making it harder to plan trips from Shrewsbury to Towson.
Being a bus driver has it's ups and downs. Traffic, road construction, weather and a variety of people traveling here and there. What I find most helpful for people is to do a little research before you ride. Know where your bus is going, what time frame works best for you, where your bus stop is, knowing how much it costs, have your fare ready, not be on your cell phone when boarding. Have your own mask on and being respectful to others by not loudly talking on your cell phone while riding.
I have been an employee of Rabbit Express for 7 years now. I feel as if my supervisors are respectful to me, address my concerns even if we don't agree and supportive under most circumstances within reason. Overall a wonderful place to work at. Our transfer center is under construction to be updated and more user friendly for all. Patience isn't always easy with some inconviences that can't be helped but looking forward to the changes for all.
Straight up lied about picking up an elderly man who was left out in the heat for over two hours on 7/15/21. A day it was humid and above 90°
Have to ride in the morning 3x weekly for dialysis in the morning. Would like to ride more in the late morning when I am done with dialysis but the ride seems to be at least an hour or more to get home. I am usually done and ready to be picked up by 11: 45. My ride shows usually not getting me home until sometime between 1: 15-2: 00 which is more of a struggle than most can fathom. If you call to see if it is possible to get home a little quicker, you are told that it is a shared ride. I completely understand about the shared ride aspect of public transportation, but I believe that it is possible to get more direct rides home a better percentage of the time. At this point it seems that a direct ride occurs approximately 1 out of every 10- 20 times. I believe in my heart that if perhaps your company was able to dedicate few buses that were dedicated to get dialysis patients home in a more expeditious manner it would go a long way to showing that your company truly cares about the well being of your dialysis
patients.
Waited 2 hours then was told appointment wasn't what we made it. Dispatcher puts the time that they want instead.
They came right to our house and loaded my mom with her wheelchair, took us to our vaccine appointment, and then another bus took us home. Both drivers were very helpful and friendly.
I use public transportation and the Rabbit Transportation. I never have problems with the driver's, they're very helpful, most of the time friendly. Always a pleasant experience
