Although I am not a regular patient and do not live in the area, the scheduler found a same day appointment for me. The staff were uniformly friendly and welcoming and the paperwork minimal. Rachael was friendly, efficient, and capable. She listened carefully, examined my skin problem thoroughly, and offered a remedy, which already, on day one after the appointment, seems to be helping. I was impressed with Rachael's professionalism and recommend her highly.
