Rachel's Roadhouse - Butler, PA reviews
30We were there for lunch and they were following the guidelines set for Covid-19. Server was very good. Food was delicious.
My son who I had adopted worked at the Butler restaurant a while back. The staff was very rude with him (It was his first job) so he was struggling to cope with it. Then he dropped a bombshell about some very shady things going on there! I reached out to Springfield group to address this issue and was told that I would be receiving a call from the general manager of Springfield to get to the bottom of this. Apparently they could care less about their employees and some of the illegal things going on there. My son has already been through enough and I will not be subjected to anything like this again. Springfield group I have given you enough chances and now I am posting this review in hopes it gets your attention
Absolutely amazing food and service! The hostess was a sweetheart and our server was very friendly and attentive. Every bite was perfect! Try the jalapeño stuffed shrimp if you haven’t already. They are remarkably good!
This was our first time here and it was absolutely great atmosphere and amazing food! Our server, Luke was the best we have had in a very long time. I cannot wait to come back.
I liked this resturant and food except they were out of peanut butter pie and it was my birthday the waitress was awful
Best Burger ever! Service was amazing. I get a customized Annie Oakley. Switch the Cheddar for American cheese and the BBQ for the delicious ranch dressing. Sooo good!
My wife had A Drs. Appointment. After finishing we went to Rachel's for lunch. The food was good. Our server was great she took very good care of us.
They are expensive for the limited menu and they are not as good as the one near Grove City.they let customers walk around without a mask.very poorly managed. Very sad.
Ordered food to go before I went to work as my coworker said it was good. I can’t speak for the location but I wouldn’t eat the food again. I had the rt 19 and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Granted the food was cold by the time I got to it but no effort was made when they put my to go box together. The whole platter was haphazardly thrown in. The sandwich would have been good if I hadn’t found hair throughout the whole thing. Ugh. Disgusting. I can partially understand one piece.but it was throughout the whole thing. As if my sandwich was made in a barber shop. Never again.
Food tasted great, however, for the money you spend, you should be able to get more food and a lot more variety.
Excellent food and very friendly staff. Used NoWait app and was seated immediately upon arrival.
Although we have been to Butler on many occasions, and even stayed at the nearby Fairfield Inn, this is our first time visiting this excellent restaurant.
The store could have more vegan options; however, if you're not vegan, there is a wide variety of good quality food available. Very good service.
Excellent food and service and recommended by Springhill Suites Butler Pennsylvania on East Jefferson st. So wonderful we can't wait to come back next time we come down from Ontario Canada
My first experience at Rachel's. Outstanding food, great service and enjoyable atmosphere at a reasonable price. We will be back!
The Filet Mignon is the best thing I have ever eaten in my life. Always cooked exactly how I order it, highly recommended. Also the sauce that comes with the chips is phenomenal.
Really great food and service. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Clientelle not accustomed to unusual people.
Good food. Their specials are always changing. You can get sandwiches or hamburgers priced pretty cheap. Dinners are great. They range anywhere from 13 - 30$.
Bloody Mary was perfect and the price made it even better.
Blackened shrimp appetizer bit back with its Cajun seasoning, but asked for the Bloody Mary to be spicier, so that was ok with me.
Then had The Frankenstein burger and it held itself together until the last 3 bitrs, which was 10more than I thought it would take it was so thick. It was delectable.
Waitress was promt and checked on us several times while we had an extended stay at the table as 5 longtime friends.
Steak was over done small and pricy for the 18.99 price tag but wasn't too bad when cooked right, service at the bar was slow for their being only a few patrons on a Tuesday night.
