Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast, Trevose PA

Very nice and very clean, the hospitality from everyone was awesome! I really enjoyed my stay there!

Rooms were old but serviceable, shower head is extremely low on wall. Beware as complementary breakfast was included when we purchased but at check-in we were informed that it was not being served. There was no notice or reduction in price to compensate.

Staff rude as hell, wouldn't let my guest check in even though his name was on the stay.made him wait in the middle of the night to get in before I was able to get there. We had an emergency situation and both extremely exhausted. Way over priced rate. Asked for government discount and they couldn't give it to me becuz I apparently booked w a third party. Regardless, whatever happened to customer service and making the customer happy.ridiculous. Won't be coming back!

Very nice clean room. Check in was easy as was express check out. Would stay again when needed

Asked for late check out and after discussing the circumstances they were able to accommodate an extra 30min. Very strong customer service and effort by thecrew

Check-in was smooth and the person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room is ran down (carpets are old, the bath tube is peeling off and it is clogged) BUT it is a functional space. I found the bed quite comfortable and the pool area was very pleasant for the day. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the staff really made us feel welcome.

We were treated to a decent discount! Very busy weekend with Sesame Place! Dont like our microwave in the laundry room!

Filthy, old hotel. Not well kept, nor cleaned. Grounds outside are covered with litter. Lobby is dated. Bar smells like wet, dirty dish cloths. Rooms are a decent size but carpets are old and stained, furniture is falling apart and/ or stained with mildew like stains. Bathrooms are disgusting. Amongst three different rooms, we all experienced tubs that back up with at least 3 inches of water while showering. What really seals the deal is the pool. Pool area is absolutely appalling. You need a wrist band to get in, but why? Whoever in their right mind would try to sneak in is beyond me. The water of both the indoor and outdoor pool is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom. Bugs and trash floating in the indoor pool and literally surrounding on the pool deck. The outdoor pool looks like an abandoned area. Trash, weeds and broken chairs surround the cloudy, mold lined pool. Whomever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves. This cannot possibly be the standard Raddison experience, can it?

Everything is outdated. Stains on furniture and carpet. Furniture is old and broken. Refrigerator not working as well as tv.

I've stayed here several times and it's usually ok. This time my complaints were with the restaurant/bar. The food was way overpriced for what you got. I ordered the fried fish with Mac and cheese it tasted like fish sticks and Mac and cheese from a can. Breakfast buffet was not much better. The home fries were deep fried instead of fried no oatmeal but many hot items it was $13 plus gratuity not worth it

Excellent as we are the guests front desk very courteous and friendly and Special attention from the Boss of this Hotel a big thank you for helping us out.

Comfortable and quiet in hotel not as nice as I thought it would be for price but cleanliness is what counted. 711 construction but early hours no traffic walkable.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I stayed at the Radisson after a birthday party that was held there. The room that the party was held in was beautiful and spacious. The food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was not very clean, our room had two small full size beds and one was broken. We expected a little more for the $200/night price tag

Hardly anyone at the hotel wore mask indoors, staff or guest?
Indoor pool was open with no restrictions? There was no air conditioning in use on the elevators, the individual hallways or elevator lobbies except the ground floor!

Very comfortable hotel staff is very nice they also have a pool at the hotel but it was cold out the water like it was a AC on or something?

They have bed bugs and they refuse to give me my money back. I had to leave early because of this
