So ‍️ tired of the mandatory leave your bag at security milk crates, just shop on line they have more options online anyways.

I like this store
My experience today was great like always except for the nasty mean customer who didnt have a receipt for a return.the Gals at the register handled her well but couldnt Wait for her to Leave.

It was the usual I'm used to, if the guy serves you he barely speaks, or says thank you, if the lady serves you she is nice and actually says thank you. It is like night and day, how different their customer service skills are.

Biggest Rainbow shop I have ever been in! They even have kids sizes here and not all Rainbows do. Staff was helpful & friendly. Store was clean. Sizes were appropriately racked, making them easy to find.

The customer service went very well! The security guard was very friendly and professional. The managers and cashiers were very friendly, courteous and smiled when I was paying for my items! I like that and expect that! The manager was very friendly too. She spoke to me when I was looking at the clothes. The store was well kept too! Kudos for this staff! Usually most Rainbows don't get good reviews. It is usually the opposite. I see the come up. Spoiler: . I would personally know because I was a customer associate/cashier for Rainbows for 3 years.

I love love love this seasons style! I'm truly excited to wear this particular style, I guess you could say that I was ahead of my time lol. My mother was a hippie and I always remember watching her get ready to go out or whatever. I'm also a Gemini and I believe that I'm a colorful person. Great stuff and a very helpful and friendly staff!

I found some things I needed and the employees were friendly, but it's a bit difficult to move around that store in a wheelchair.

Cashier needs training.
As a customer, I was offended that, instead of asking her manager she decided I couldn't buy an item at discounted price because she deemed it, 'damaged'.

It is my opinion that money can buy anything.

To remain a customer, ya'll should at least say, "let me ask my manager".

A different woman would have gotten irate.

I am so sorry your store was vandalized and looted now twice this year 2020. It is so sad that happened and you had to experience that kind of senseless violence and hate from our brothers and sisters in humanity.

My daughter wanted a shirt I needed work pants and a belt dont like their clothes but it's a go to for odds and ends

The sale representeds was so nice and helpful I usually order from rainbow.com but my last PACKAGE was stolen and didn't get my money or PACKAGE but I love this store so I now have to go to the store. The online stores needed to do better!

No dressing room. No big deal depending on the material will determine the fit. More stretchy material's fit true to size

It was a quick stop on my way home. Just couldn't move around inside the store. Really over crowded.
