Rainbow Shops, Philadelphia PA

The manager is soooo unprofessional and constantly yelling to the top of her lungs! I don't know how she has been a manager for this long and not fired yet! I like the clothing but the plus size selection is small compared to the "petite" size.

The clothing and staff are absolutely fabulous not to mention the prices

It ok but the employees is a hot or miss with helping or don't know something about the store.

Their closing time is 6: 00 PM but they don't allow shopping beyond 5: 15 PM.plus all their workers but 1 are ignorant and extremely rude and they have zero professionalism while dealing with customer and while customers are in the store. Reported to the BBB and their corporate headquarters. Ridiculous.

So I goes to the store around 5: 45pm cause the signs said the store closes at 6pm I get there open the door just to rudely be told the store is closed so I asked why and how if the store sign clearly say they close at 6 she says because their clock in the store is fast so I asked a whole 15mins fast again rudely she says I have to leave the store cause they're closed. First and last time shopping at this location
