I came across this website and decided to order a variety of canned fish I’ve never tried before. The selection is amazing. I feel like if they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist. The customer support was excellent, and the package arrived in two days. I also appreciate the fact that shipping is calculated per order as that’s perfectly fair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy some canned fish but doesn’t want to be limited to what’s in the grocery store

Easily one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. You can feel the passion this family has for their business. Dan was very kind and had my package ready to ship the morning after I had placed my late-night order. They have a huge selection of products with lists and suggestions to help people new to the tinned fish world find what they would enjoy. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service they provide, as it’s not very common anymore.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Rainbow Tomatoes Garden is one of the few businesses that I genuinely support. They are ethical, consumer friendly, and offer a wonderful selection of tinned fish products on their fully-featured website. The site contains well written descriptions and pictures of each item as well as tons of info and ways to get started with tinned fish. I've tried over 20 tins from nearly a dozen countries and everything I've had has been high quality and delicious.

These guys are awesome, very responsive and good communication! I placed my first order with them, not exactly sure what to get with so many options, so I placed a "Surprise Me" order, where they pick out items to add up to a price point you give them.and I wasn't disappointed! I'll 100% be coming back to order more, and try more new brands and products!

Amazing selection of tinned fish and tinned fish accessories. My order arrived quickly and was neatly packaged. I started down the tinned-fish rabbit hole eating cans of kippered herring with my dad, and Rainbow Tomatoes Garden's reviews made it easy to branch out into different kinds of fish: the owner was even nice enough to recommend a few tins to fill up the extra space in my shipping box.

This would make a wonderful gift! All the tins were thoughtfully packaged and the box included little goodies like recipes and stickers. Just a delight. And the tins of fish themselves were delicious - the only tinned fish I can eat by themselves as a standalone dish!

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail, and Dan is very personable. Upon my order I received an email about the process and how shipping is done. They offer a great variety of tin fish. When I received my order it was like unwrapping a gift! There was so much care and detail into the package itself. There is no plastic used in the packaging, and everything is environmentally safe. It came with chop sticks, stickers and more! Each tin was individually wrapped, and came with their own little how to’s and how to enjoy them. Dan really cares about your experience trying tin fish. I found Rainbow Tomatoes Garden through an online video and having never tried tinned fish before, took a gamble on their “A Free Lunch” in an attempt to find a high-protein and healthy fats source I could incorporate into my weekly routine. Dan at RTG responded to my desire to find something that wasn’t too fishy and promptly sent me a tin to try. Honestly, the tin wasn’t my favorite flavor but I did get me over the fear of tinned meat and I did find a way to eat the mackerel that I enjoyed! I placed an order again last month and asked Dan to surprise me with some new things to try (the “Surprise Me” option on their site). He didn’t disappoint and I’ve been enjoying trying some additional tins since!

What really blows me away about RTG is the personalization of their services, the competitive costs, and their sustainable packaging. Dan responds once you place your order to let you know that he’s working on it and will send it out soon. Unlike other online shopping services, you pay after you place your order so they can calculate shipping costs and you pay the exact shipping costs, rather than a blanket cost. Tins arrive quickly and are clearly packed with love.

My favorite part about RTG is that they tuck pairing/serving suggestions in with your tins. I am still experimenting to determine which tins I like or don’t like but will continue to buy from RTG for the excellent service, knowledge that I’m supporting a small business that is passionate about what they do, and that my environmental footprint is a touch smaller while getting to do both of the above!
