Wonderful staff and service! Recently we purchased all new kitchen appliances, delivery had some issues but Nelson was quick to resolve our issue!
Shelly and Nelson are both friendly, knowledgeable and personable.they even know us by name when we walk in the store. Highly recommend to everyone that asks!

Called ralphs appliance because of a leaky door on a 3 year old dishwasher.the serviceman came and leveled the dishwasher and left.still leaking.came back and said it needs a gasket.left.came back with the gasket set installed.left.still leaking.came back.said it needs a soap depenser.installed.still leaking.he said he thinks this model was recalled, and i need a new dishwasher! $358.00 later he tells me this? Now I have to replace a 3 year old dishwasher after spending 358 dollars on what should have been an easy fix. They should have told me this when he first came, but they try to soak as much money out of you as they can. And think your gonna buy an appliance from them. I don't think so! STAY FAR AWAY!

Got items damaged while they were unloading it. And they all drive like complete maniacs. Maybe take the logo off your trucks and stuff. Passing on a double yellow very professional

The Owner Ralph and His employees do a wonderful job. They come out the same day or the next day to fix my appliances when I have issue.

The staff is outstanding. I purchase my appliances from them and send many people. They have serviced my appliances and are very knowledgeable. It was nice to see that they try to help you with the issue and not just try to sell to make a buck. Very professional and kind. Also the amount of appliances they have is great.

I called for a long-distance repair on my old Whirlpool stacked washer-dryer, after Sears said they had no one available for more than two weeks. They sent out a repair man in three days, he was here first thing in the morning, and he had it running in under an hour. Fantastic.

We purchased our refrigerator from Ralph’s a few years ago and we’re very happy with the service that we received at the time. A few days ago a small spring for the flap on one of the doors broke. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn’t sell the spring separately and I was looking at having to spend $125 for the whole piece for a little spring. So I went to Ralph’s and he understood completely and checked to see if he could find the spring without purchasing the whole part - you can’t.

Instead of trying to sell me the entire part, he went in the back for a few minutes and came back with several springs that he found. I’m happy to say that one of the springs that he found worked perfectly and my fridge is back to working properly.

I’m done with buying appliances from the box stores and will make all future appliance purchases from Ralph’s.

Great prices and super fast delivery and install. Couldnt have been happier with my washer and dryer combo and wife was very happy I didn't bring this one i saw on display at another app store.

My wife and I were looking for a new refigerator, as ours was fried during a recent neighborhood power surge. After price shopping at a few box store locations we went to Ralph's in Brodheadsville, which is local for us. The selectios were numerous in our price range, and we chose a Whirlpool. The man and woman who attended to us made us feel like family. The prices quoted to us did so as well.
We explained that our delivery would be difficult, as our front door is six feet from the ground and surrounded by a deck and railing. The railing would have to be removed to allow for the refigerator to be set on the deck. They said, "No problem, " and it wasn't. The young men who made the delivery were courteous, efficient, and professional. They made quick work of the railing, the delivery, and the haul-away.
If we could give Ralph's ten stars, we would.

Needed an ignitor for my LG dryer after I broke it installing the LP orifice. Called multiple stores from Bethlehem to Wilkes Barre and Ralph’s was the only place that had one in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone and met in the store was VERY nice and helpful. I had purchased the washer and dryer very recently from Best Buy which I now regret after going to Ralph’s. My next appliance purchase will definitely be coming from Ralph’s.

They were extremely helpful and located a part that was needed for my washer at a reasonable price.
