Ramada by Wyndham Harrisburg/Hershey Area

First of all there were roaches, saw one on the wall and killed one on the floor, marijuana smell in the hallway, a flyer in the room stating they had room service, I was told that's only for longer stays

The parking lot to and from is sketchy and weird. I found a used dirty wash cloth on my shower rod. My husband found hair all tangled up in the clean towel he we to use. The rooms lights are all on timers? I guess because they don't stay on at all. Cause yes I would love to shower in the pitch black. I took my complaints of the wash cloth and towel to the desk absolutely no apology whatsoever. Only " I'll take a note, and do you need more towels" are you serious right now? !? I definitely won't be back here.

You have Good customer service. The room was okay, but the bathroom was half cleaned. Look like they cleaned the tub but didn't rinse it out properly, floors not moped well. The lighting is horrible, the room lights keep flickering off and on, and who put a censor light in the bathroom? When in the shower the lights go out! The breakfast was horrible. You can't leave dairy products out on the counter (milk & yogurt has to be Refrigerated or on ice) sausage shouldn't be pilled in a bowl, sprayed down with cooking spray (it makes its own grease) and microwaved. If you don't provide room service unless requested then this should be explained during check-in. Shouldn't have to come to front desk to get clean towels and washcloths. Dear God the wall must be paper thin but the noise in the next room crazy!

I would rate this hotel ZERO stars if I was able. Stay away from this building at all costs—do not consider staying, even for a night. Our first room wreaked of cigarette smoke and was extremely dirty. We then asked to be moved and the second room had crusty toothpaste in the sink, missing outlet covers (fire hazard), sticky floors, hair weaved within the towels, musty odor throughout, the shower did not drain, and BEDBUGS. It was the most disgusting facility I have stepped foot into. We attempted calling the front desk in which the front desk manager hung up on us. We then fought for a refund and moved to a new hotel. STAY AWAY. Trust the reviews.

Very good everything, breakfast, pool and customer service. I also recommend it for the price.

2nd floor room not accessible to main hotel elevators, have to carry luggage up to second floor by stairs. Says no smoking, but stench of Marijuana was extremely heavy in the hallway. Had to put towels under the door to block smell from entering room, but since the doors didn't seal, the smell got in anyway.

This place was terrible. Service was horrid, acting like they didn't want to help, seemed like it was a problem to even help at all. Room didn't have enough towels, no extra toilet paper. Had a old dirty wash cloth on the sink, hair was everywhere in the bathroom. Our bed had stains all over the sheets, hair was everywhere. Informed the front desk and he seemed like it was an issue to try and resolve the issue. Had to ask for extra towels and a roll of toilet paper and yet again, he seemed to have a problem with it. Would not recommend staying here. Terrible place.

Great place to stay, might be a bit pricey on the weekends, but otherwise it is a great stay.

Was great place to stay close to Hershey was only 15 mins away from everything we want to go too.

Worst experience ever in my life. Front desk were rude. Not only that when I got a room. The room roof was falling apart with poison pieces was falling from the ceiling. And mold in the bathroom. It was late at night 12 am Did not want to comma-date with a new room or give me a refund. We were tire from a 5 hour the trip never again in my life we will stay in Ramada in. Currently being sued. Don’t stay at this hotel there room are mold and with infested with fleas and rats. Don’t get into room 130.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because at least the staff was nice, they’re pet friendly, and it’s close to highways and not so far from the downtown.
The hotel was a complete disaster zone. It was filthy, smelled like mold and even has visible mold on the walls and ceilings. My sheets had stains on them. Inside the bathroom it clearly hadn’t been cleaned, just stocked up with fresh towels. It was gross to say the least. We did not stay, we checked out about 20 minutes after getting there.

I see why my grandma say the cheap way is not the best way I tell you now this hotel was a waste of time I could have just slept in my car.bathroom horrible shower curtain hanging off toilets handle broke hot tub water was black as the payment had to switch rooms twice roaches in my first room breakfast might as well go to Dunkin' Donuts just cuz it's free doesn't mean it's good every time we ask for some towels it was always hair on it.and they HAD BED BUGS.and then when you say something to them they just look at you and talk to each other in their own language (nothing against their own language)

Great room! Romantic private hot tub and fireplace in the king room. Clean and organized room. The only bad thing is the breakfast. Cafeteria food is better than this hotels. But overall happy with my stay and would recommend!

First off, don't use the pool or the hot tub are unsanitary it's like stepping into a muddy river. The toilet in my room wasn't secured to the floor. In my son's room the actual was broken and was switched to another room that had ants. There's more but you get what I am saying. I should have checked the bbq before I booked. If you want to see much more complaints go to the bbb.

The front desk was very hospitable and we were able to have a smooth check in and out. We added an extra room since we wanted to have more space and enjoy our self more. Definitely retiring in the future
