Ramada by Wyndham Whitehall/Allentown

It doesn't look pretty like I expected a Ramada to look. The bed was pretty good and the shower was great. No amenities right now though. If I come back to Allentown I would look for a better hotel. I don't like to spend over $100 per night, but for this town I think I will have to.

This place is just horrible. Seems like they have no concern for kids staying here, since they don't have either a crib or play pin availabe for them to use, on top of it all, there is no elavator available making it hard to move luggage in and out of place. I'm very disappointed with my overall experience here. Finally, staff didn't care about the problems we mentioned to them.

Would personally sleep in a car before I paid to stay here. It's under renovation but that doesn't mean the usable parts are clean. I personally cleaned the a/c unit.

Pool and gym are not available.

This is my second time staying here and I'm still disappointed with this place. When I arrived I was told that the room they gave me was the last room. They also informed me that the cable didnt work and that they were going to fix it. I waited till the next day to go to the front desk and let them know it still didnt work. When i got there I was "greeted" by a woman with a really nasty attitude. She said "what do you want? " What kind of customer service is that! I let her know that I didnt have any soap or shampoo in my room. She then proceeded to claim that it should already be in my room. (If it was I wouldnt be asking for it) I also let her know the cable didnt work and she claimed she was going to fix it. Its been about 4 hours and still nothing!

I found roaches all over my food that i brought when I brought it up to the front desk they did not believe me & would not switch my room horrible customer service very rude.

My stay was fine. I got the room because I work nearby but live in the mountains and there was a storm coming. Last time I tried to make it home I got stuck on the highway, a 2020 thing I guess. My check out was turn-key and pleasent. Morell (sp?) was the manager in the morning and he was very nice and cheerful. I will stay again when I need a room down here.

BED BUGS! No Star would be perfect. The room look shady from the beginning. The curtains has holes. My room was supposed to be a king size bed with jacuzzi. Instead we got a two queen size which wasn’t a problem. The bed are super squeaky and in the morning I found a bed bug. I can’t believe it. I am highly allergic. Supposedly management will return my money. Let’s see. I got pictures for it too!

The room wasn't very clean or the beds were not in good shape. The beds were shaky and I afraid it was going to collapse.

Bad experience. No amenities, had to ask the front desk for toiletries. Not even a spare roll of toilet paper in the room. Shower was lukewarm at best. TV didn't work, they couldn't fix it til the next day (we were only there for one night). Bright hallway light activated by motion sensor, very jarring for a quick trip to the bathroom during the night. A nightlight in bathroom would be much better. "Breakfast" was little cans of juice and small bottles of water, granola bars and grocery store fruit cups. No coffee dispenser in the lobby, only option was the tiny coffee machine in the room.

When we arrived the room was locked and could not be opened with the key. It sounded like someone was inside the room. Waited 15 minutes for them to sort all of that out. Then got into the room which just felt damp and gross, the comforter had mildew stains. Just not too great of an experience.

It is very respectable for the price. The rooms and bathroom seem relatively clean and there is a modest weight room and pool. The bed closest to the wall in room 109 was incredibly squeaky. We told the staff and they said they'd make a note of it. The morning breakfast has a really good selection of pastries, doughnuts, eggs, cereal, yogurt and more. The staff is so friendly! It's a bit hard to find, but it is the right turn just after the burger king and before the entrance to highway 22.

Easy check-in. Complimentary breakfast. Big room. TV didnt work. Also, light sensors in the room mean all the lights come on when you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The halls smelled. It was way overpriced. It was clean. The bed was creaky and probably should've been replaced. It looked like this had been a nicer hotel at one point. My room and hall could use remodelling.

When we showed up, the room key we were given did not work and there was a TV or radio on inside the room. We informed the staff at the desk and they insisted we go with them back to the room to try the key we just told them didn't work. After about 15 minutes they managed to let us into the room. The bed was a bit dirty and the room was damp.

We were pleased with the room. It was clean and in order. Very close to PPL Center as we stayed after a concert. Breakfast was better than expected.

The room was so so the shower curtain rod was barely holding on was missing screws. The light was on a motion sensor which was connected to the tv some how so when the light shut of so did the tv, and if you got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the tv would turn on. The complementary breakfast was meadiocur.

Horrible horrible horrible.bed are dirty, carpet filty and bath tub very disgusting.for 160 that I pay I was expecting something at least clean! Not recommended you'll regret it!

I wasn't plan to stay but it happened that my daughter had an accident so I had to it's ok but they should have little packs of toothpaste as I said it wasn't plan I couldn't brush my teeth the store was closed

Upon arrival, heard guests saying to find another place to stay. Room was very clean but mattress was ripped and had lumps. Breakfast was very good.

Needs better beds. My bed sunk in the middle causing back pains. Also the ceiling in the bathroom was falling off and the floor was damp.
