Randy's Trash, Hamburg PA

Do not use Randys trash. I have been using them for 8 years and was told that they are reducing their pick up range and stopped picking up my trash. They pick up 3 houses away from me yet. I stopped and asked why he stopped picking up from my house and was told that it adds 2 minutes to his day. That is just poor customer service for someone that has been with the company for 8 years even after he took over from the old owner (Johns hauling). I will make sure that I tell all the people that I have referred to him and his territory hopefully will be reduced even more.

Randy's trash is the best trash service we have ever had. We were the victim of the maidencreek flood on July 9th 2023. I had to gut my
entire basement.
Furniture, carpets, ect.had to go out for trash. My car port was full. Randy came on a Sunday morning and removed every piece of that trash by himself. He is a loyal businessman and very hard working. He always comes on time for our trash delivery. As far as customer service.well, Amy is usually who answers the phone. She is awesome!
She is very polite and professional when speaking to her. She will always get back to you if she can't get to the call the first time. She also was giving me great advice on things to do for my basement issue. I would highly recommend giving them a call to get your trash service with them. They are reasonably priced and dependable. Nice to know there are still good, kind people in the world that truly care about their customers. That would be Randy's trash.

They are the Best! They came when our Company left us High and Dry! The Drivers came and picked up our trash and gave us a new bin the next day! That was so awesome! I also met Amy on the phone and she was Excellent got the job done with her answering my questions!

Our prior provider stopped servicing our area and everyone scrambled for new service. Randy's called us on a Sunday morning to talk through service options with us because they were trying their best to get back to everyone. Within a matter of 24 hours, our service was set up and they had a truck at our house picking up the six weeks of garbage left behind by our former provider. They did all of this during a holiday weekend! Kudos to them for their quick response and professionalism.

Randy's Trash has gone over and beyond for our servicing area with all of us not getting picked up for weeks he made sure that his new customers had their weeks of trashed picked up and service. Randy's Trash has made the transition nothing but easy.

Randy is absolutely phenomenal! We need more businesses with owners like this. I recommend 100%

After issues with another company, my husband called Randy's, within 10 minutes of receiving an emailed receipt I saw the truck outside my house (they must have been in the area) and ran out to grab our trash; but by the time I got out he had already grabbed it all. No issues getting them on the phone, price very reasonable. So far, very satisfied with Randy's!

Randy's has been great and helpful during my switch. My last garbage company didn't pick up my trash for a month and Randy's came out the next day and took care of it!

This trash company is a joke. After months of inconsistent service that increased in price, we cancelled. They never showed up, but continue trying to bill us. 6 months later Randy's trash came onto our private party to steal a trash can. They were advised to leave our private property. Last night they entered our property and stole the can and accidentally knocked over our rabbit hutch and now our animals are lost. This company resorted to self help instead of abiding by the laws. We informed Ruscumbmanor township who took note and advised us to file a police report. We will start the litigation process if Randy does not return our paid for trash can from a previous trash company we have receipt for. And just an FYI to all those others being taken advantage of- this user agreement is not a signed contract.

Trash is never picked up but they continue to take money from our account. Called numerous times and was assured our trash would be picked up, it's been a month since any pick up.

I ordered trash service almost 2 weeks ago, and nothing has happened. I get that things take time, but there's been no answer to calls, emails, or anything. So far, nothing positive has happened with this company.

Never can get ahold of anyone! Hope you don’t have problems because we are now 2 months in to them not picking up my trash but still billing my credit card! Due to contract they say we can’t stop service but how about you pickup my trash then when scheduled. Our trash was overflowing so contracted new company and they picked up right away. Would not recommend this company!
