They do great work and are always able to help out pretty quickly! They installed a new HVAC system for us, and even when they ran into issues with the house having problems from shoddy work having been done before, they fixed everything and made sure it was done right.

We have used Rare Heating as our go-to. They have done many jobs not only for our business, but even on our home. They are quick, efficient, budget-friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again!

Three years ago, Shawn replaced my 29 year old hot water heater so when I recently had problems with my bathroom sink, Shawn was the only one I called. Due to the age of my pedestal sink, we decided to replace it and also had an elevated toilet installed. Shawn's work was excellent. Working on a very small older bathroom was no small feat. After the work, my bathroom was left cleaner than before the work was started. Some people may say that I was stupid, but I did not even discuss how much the job was going to cost because I knew Shawn's price was going to be fair and unable to be beaten, and I was right.

Shawn and his crew company came through in flying colors for me this past week. My 40+ year old boiler decided it was time to die in the afternoon - assuming I wouldn’t be able to get someone to the house to look at it until the next day at least, they were the first call I made and Shawn was here within hours that same evening despite it being past normal business hours.

He gave me a detailed breakdown of what happened and spent the time to visually point everything out to me so I fully understood what was going on.

He provided me with multiple options, and unlike a lot of other companies, at no point did I feel pressured into paying for any more expensive options. He clearly just wanted me to make the best decision that works for my home and that I was comfortable with.

As soon as we had a game plan, he was here and got right to work taking the old system out and bringing the new one in. It was a multiple-day job, and the whole crew were respectful of my schedule and availability. They were all quick, friendly, they showed up on time each day and stayed late to make sure the job got done at the end. I also enjoyed that they left my basement floor in cleaner condition than I had originally left it for them!

During the whole process, Shawn has been easily accessible and quick to respond to any follow ups. And in the end, I have a brand new heating system and my house feels nice and toasty.

I couldn’t possibly consider ever calling someone else after my experience with them. They will always be my first call if I ever have another HVAC need.
