R.A.S. Delivery Services, Leetsdale PA

This company is disorganized. We were told that our appliance would be delivered on Tuesday. Not only did they fail to call us in advance, they didn't show up at all and claimed that they did. There is no way that they did- we're a controlled access apartment building and both myself and the maintenance man were around all day. When I called to complain about the missed delivery, I spoke to someone by the name of "Will" who assured me that it would be delivered the following day. The next day, I called at 12 to make sure they knew "we were home". Will hadn't even rescheduled the appointment. I intend to call the company with which we made the purchase and officially complain. This is sub-par service in every way.

This place is pretty awesome fast services loved it loved it loved it in and out to make delivery

If i could give this company a no star rating i would. They messed up not one but two orders.never showed up the day of delivery then stated the appliance was on back order. The second order the driver never called ahead and also has the wrong address.then wanted me to cancel order to fix it. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Place is a joke. I was told appliance would be delivered on this day. Never received any phone calls to say otherwise. After waiting home all day, I called and was told a manager would contact me. Guess what? That never happened either. Great customer service!

On Dec 4th, 2019 RAS failed to deliver a washer and dryer which was purchased from Home Depot in Greensburg. Driver called and claimed stuck in snow in Johnstown PA. Would not deliver next day and was rescheduled for yesterday Dec 11th. Got a call from warehouse claiming truck broke down and delivery to be pushed back another week. Would not deliver on 12th because others had a delivery scheduled. Complained to RAS and Home Depot. As of 1: 32 this date 12-12-19 no one had called with a supposed revised delivery today. This is a joke. Will be filing a formal complaint with Home Depot Corporate in regards to RAS. Note.after checking 3 web cams.no snow detected in Johnstown on first cancelled delivery and driver called at 7: 30pm that night to hand me the snow excuse.

If I could give less and a 1, I would have. Supposed to install an appliance a week ago. They didn’t show and not even a call. When we called about the no show, they could have cared less and asked if we wanted to reschedule. Had to wait another week, supposed to be here between 1-4: 00. Again, a no show and no call. Called store where we bought the appliance and they tried to fix it. Then delivery company called and said they have another truck that could be at our house in 1-1/2 hours. Again, no show and no call. They are the worst company. Avoid them.

Wanting on a dryer for 3 months and it was supposed to be delivered by 10AM today where is my dryer

Delivered the wrong stove, never contacted me to schedule a delivery and just showed up unannounced while I was out of town, didn’t wear the protective booties to keep our floors clean and tracked in dirt, salt, and snow into our house and didn’t clean up the mess and they left for my wife to deal with. They told my wife they didn’t have to booties for their shoes when she asked them to put them on prior to entering our house. Also, they installed the oven so that it wobbles when touched. Didn’t even install it correctly! Terrible experience.
