1 A couple of weeks ago I came for advice before our hasing used RAM Promaster. Occasionally, I meet the commercial department director - we had a great conversation, he invited me for service, I appreciated his professionalism and attitude and for sure I come to the service center when I bought the vehicle.
I scheduled an appointment (in a week in advance), specifically explained that it is a vehicle new to me which I know nothing about, I have some concerns which may be problems but may be not, so I will need full inspection.
Today, I came to the appointment - and oooopppss. We can't check this and that, we can do only standard checkpoints according to this diagram, we can't check gear, we can't check radio, you need to scheduled other appointments.
Come on! I'm looking for resolving my problems, not to collect new ones. This service doesn't want to play on your side - your problems aren't their problems. And not, I didn't expected to take the vehicle back next hour, I was ready to leave it even for a couple of days. Noop.
Maybe they do great service. Well, I will never know.
