I enjoy coming to Lincoln Ford. The perks that come with a simple oil change is a nice change from a place like valvoline or local mechanics. They’re a little time consuming but good things take time right. What mechanic you know washes your car for an oil change! Worth the few extra dollars. I won’t trust no one touching my MKZ but the dealership!

I recently purchased a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. The entire experience from start to finish and everything in between was phenomenal. My sales rep, Christian, the sales managers Nick and Rich and the finance person, Anthony were courteous and professional, making what could be a nerve racking process very easy with zero stress. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going in to see these gentlemen, they will treat you right.

Ray Price Lincoln makes it super-easy to get your vehicle inspected and maintained at their location in Saylorsburg. The customer waiting area is perfect for me to work from the Shop, and do any phone calls I need to make. Plus, there's coffee and tea. I appreciate the attention they pay to customers; which is why I am a repeat customer!

Excellent service! They were able to service my car at the last minute and the service was awesome! I really like the text message with everything they completely on my car. I thought that was really neat. Staff was very professional and nice!

The lady who answers the phone, Emily demonstrates poor customer service skills. Condescending and rude. I'll take my business somewhere else.

We have taken our Navigator to this dealership for the same issue 4 times now… the problem is still not fixed. The manager stated he would take the lead to over see our repair and nothing has happened and it’s been over a week now. I do not recommend a Navigator and I do not recommend this dealership.

I just want people to use reasonable thinking. My wife and I purchased a Honda Pilot with 56000 miles in January 2022. I put 59000 miles and just took to the shop march 21 2022 for a slow leak in the tire. The technician comes back and states that I need 2 control arms brakes and rotors. I call my sales rep which his name is mike and he was no help at all saying the they can’t replace the brakes and rotors due to wear and tear. This vehicle was sold to me with these issues making it a safety hazard. Mike has been no help at all. I contacted Nick Rizzo a sales manager to see if he can be more help than my sales rep mike was. So let’s see what happens today?

Worst dealership EVER! They Never have a loaner available and have to wait for an appointment for a month although I pay for Lincoln concierge service. Rude service associates. Disappointing to say the least.

Omg.went to look for a car an they didn't have any of the model car I wanted. An didn't have no idea when they were getting any in. No brochures or anything.

Took my car in to have the computer fixed and a couple things went missing from my car. I called the service manager and he has yet to get back to me. Also the person who answers the phone is not as polite as you would think.

Ordered my Ford Expedition and every 5,000 miles I go back for my service. Love this place!
2 TV's.comfy chairs.or bar high tables and chairs and make a cup of coffee.tea.hot chocolate!
