Ray Price Mt Pocono Ford

Came here to get my car fixed for some grinding on the right side of the vehicle. Mechanic took a look at it and said that my right axle was broken and that my struts would need to be realigned.

$1000 later and a few weeks go by - I needed to get my car inspected. Turns out my right axle was still broken. Ray Price says they don't have any record of the axle - just the struts.

Moral of the story is: come here at your own risk. I was driving around with a broken axle that was never repaired and now they have no record of it.

Now it will have to cost me another $500 from a different and more reputable place. I won't make the same mistake again and will make sure to get it all in writing. BEWARE RAY PRICE! If you do decide to come here, *double check your receipt* or else you might end up paying for the same thing twice.

Ray price is a great dealership with professional customer service. Cory from sales was a great help to me and my family who were looking to lease a car. I’ve been turned down with the struggles of my credit so walking in there I was far from hopeful my mother the president of the GDS fair recommend I at least try.long story short thanks to Corey for basically spending the day with me explaining every detail of every step I walked away beyond happy with my brand new JEEP! Stopped in to look at cars on the lot. The salesman Teddy came out and made shopping very easy. Teddy was very helpful, showed us the cars we liked with no pressure or hassle. We will do business with him again.
