My mom used this place for years… I went because she trusted them. Ladies, it’s better to go with someone who knows then to go alone.

I ended up traveling out of town to get my truck looked at and repaired for an oil pan gasket and some other things. A month or so later I went back for a new alternator, battery and some odds and ends. I continued having issues with my truck and decided to go to someone local out my way.

I showed the paperwork on what was done to my vehicle by Randy’s shop and I also went with someone to verify what mechanic saw etc.

Right in front of me I was shown everything that was not done and what something looks like when it’s old, just replaced and what it supposed to look like after.

I got charged for parts and labor but I never got anything replaced at Randy’s. The Mechanic actual felt bad for me for getting played the way I did, helped me get the parts, showed me how to do it, what to look for and he did it for free….

Trust is big for me. Take before and after pictures. And if you can help it, take a friend or educate yourself on your own vehicle. I’ll never return. Lesson learned.

I’ve been going to RAY for almost 16 years and I’ve never had an issue with any of his work from top end motor work down to a turn signal bulb and I will be a regular customer until I can’t drive a motor vehicle anymore. There are plenty of garage from Lancaster to Ephrata but I rely on RAY‘s or I wouldn’t drive all that way to get there to have my repairs done right.

This place is by far the best. I have been experiencing trouble with my car since December and they have addresses every issue in a very timely manner. I never leave there feeling like I am being taken advantage of. They are trustworthy and a wonderful garage to work with. I live in New Holland and drive to Ephrata just because I trust them and have had very good experiences. I highly recommend them.

Me and my mother used Ray&Randy's to work on our cars for over a decade, I trusted RAY until he sold me a lemon, Ray sold me a 2007 mazda 6, he said" I will stand behind this car, "you know me", I will fix any problem you have, PLEASE read this and beware of fake friends on October 2022 I notices one of the head lights was out when I bought the car it had damage to the front left bumper Ray said he fixed any damage and the damage was just looks not serious when I took the car to get the light bulb fixed they had to take off the bumper as they took off the bumper they were shocked here are the mechanics notes: DAMAGE TO LEFT FRONT BUMPER, HEADLIGHT BRACKETS, BUMPER BRACKETS. HEADLIGHT BRACKETS BROKEN OFF, BUMPER Retaining BRACKETS BROKEN I Kept CALLING RAY AND TELLING HIM WHAT THE GOOD MECHANIC Found THAT THE BUMPER WAS JUST HANGING ON AND HOW HE RIPPED US OFF ON THE A. C. AND BUMPER DAMAGE HE FINALLY CONTACTED ME AND THREATENED TO SUE ME FOR SLANDER, AND I HAVE THE PROOFWHEN I FIRST got the car home it was leaking fluid, Ray fixed it, then the car made a horrible noise, it needed new bushings, Ray fixed it, then one April day I turned the A. C.on and it blew out hot air, this car was to be used to drive my elderly mother around but when I went to Ray about the broken A. C.he got mad and said "I Won't Touch That Car", I called Ray several times and asked why he wouldn't fix A. C and how he could ripp off an elderly lady and and Ray threatens to sue me for slanderIf Ray was a man of his word he wouldn't have lied about the bumper and he would've fixed the A. C like a stand up man for a little old lady he called a good customer and she was.
