Ray Wakley's RV Center, North East PA

Went to an open house they had because we wanted to see if an RV/camper would be right for us. We were totally surprised by all the things they had going on. Free hot dogs, chips and Penn State Creamery ice cream. Door prizes. State Farm insurance was there as well with free gifts. Owners were very friendly. Had a great time sitting and eating with others visitors. They have a huge variety and quantity of campers.

Our car was in a fender bender due to no fault of our own. A literal “fender bender”. My wife had the car taken here because it was near home. The insight given into the process was inaccurate and they were unable to get the car done in the time they said they would. They took nearly 5 months to get it in the shop and still didn’t order the correct parts.

I traded my camper in for a new larger one. I’ve dealt with sales and service. Would I purchase there again? Absolutely. We did most of the business over the phone. Traveled from NNY because they had the Rockwood model I wanted. We got a great deal. Where there any hiccups? Sure, but they were easily remedied. Very chill group.

The service crew is fantastic! We were traveling cross country in May 2021and suddenly we had no interior power in our ‘home’, a Cass A motor home. We had no appointment (and everyone everywhere was booked two weeks out), but they squeezed us in and figured out our problem! We got back on the road same day. Much appreciated!

My Fiancé and I are new to the Trailer life and was told by an experienced camper to get a weight distribution hitch and sway bar. Then it came down to getting an appointment the 1 guy service looked and called and no luck. So we walked to our truck and here comes Chris asking us when we needed it and he said we can do it after 1 guy kept saying NO! Thank you to Chris and Stephen for helping us out and getting us in. You both went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much.

While traveling to Nebraska, our water heater stopped working in our travel trailer. The Westfield KOA recommended Ray Wakley’s RV Center in North East, Pa. We stopped in, spoke to the service department. It was noon time, their lunch time. They said they could look at it at 1: 00. They brought it into the garage, assessed the problem, fixed it, and we were on our way at 3: 00 with a very reasonable bill. They could not have been more accommodating. Erin diagnosed the problem and did the repair.he also took out all my cleaning supplies from the bottom of the closet.to pull up the trap door to access the water heater. That was so nice of him!

My 2017 Tacoma needed a new bed side after it was backed into, Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job with the repairs, the truck looks great, would definitely recommend them

Kevin at the body shop helped me with my car regarding my windshield for multiple days even though they don't deal with my glass. He went out of his way to make sure I found correct service and was very kind and helpful.

Great experience at Ray Wakelys. We drove almost 5 hours to get there and were pleasantly surprised by the family atmosphere. They went out of their way when I asked for more pictures and treated us as valued customers. They also gave us a great price on our trailer and didn't charge us to put on our hitch. I highly recommend them, they are worth the drive.

I contacted Tim in service regarding a recall on our 2021 Winnebago Revel. We did not buy the Revel from Wakley's RV but I would buy my next RV from them. Their service department was quick, pleasant and effective. They are a credit to Wakley's RV, Winnebago and small, local business.

My 2002 Toyota Tundra was t-boned by a buck and the passenger side door and front panel were crunched in and I couldn’t open the door. They found a replacement for the door and panel and even perfectly matched the paint to my 18 year old truck. They did a beautiful and thorough job. The staff is friendly and helpful and their work was phenomenal. I appreciate you all and the work you did for my truck. Honestly can’t say enough good things. Thank you!

I drove over 160 miles to deal with Wakley's. We started with the Internet website connection to deal on an advertised coach that we liked. I spoke with the Wakley team about a deal and we came up with a successful solution. I drove up to get the coach and the excellent service staff hooked up the hitch and met ready fot thr 4 hour trip home. The business office prepared all the needed documents while he work was being completed. Great people to work with

A great Long Distance Dealer to work with. You can feel confident that Wakley's will take care of you, no matter how far you live from their dealership. I know from first hand experience, after arriving home and setting up the camper in my yard, I discovered that the battery was not taking a charge and the trip uncovered a minor problem with the power jack cover. I sent photos, and they replaced the plastic cover and had me buy a new battery and send them the receipt and they sent me a check right away. Great People, Thanks to Chris, John and the Wakley Team
