We had our windows, siding, sliding doors, soffit / fascia, and gutters replaced. The work Tom did was incredibly well done. He also went above and beyond to address unexpected problems with our older house that he found instead of just covering them up. The job was completed faster than we thought possible, even with rainy weather. We can't say enough great things about Tom and couldn't be more pleased with our house's new look!

With Raymer and Son you are a person, not just a customer. They did our entire house in just under two weeks with new siding, putting little touches, like covers over our outside outlets, that we didn't even expect! We got several quotes from other companies and got superb service for a fraction of the other prices.

Tom did such a beautiful job replacing the old cheap siding that was used on an extension built 20 years ago with new high quality vertical vinyl board & batten. He also fabricated matching trim and a place to anchor my shade sail in the summer. We absolutely love it, and will call him again when we need any other exterior work done.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, Raymer and Son Exteriors would get it from me! Tom, with help from his son, replaced the siding on my house, and I love my new siding! He worked fast, but very carefully with attention to detail, and he left the property cleaned up every evening. From start to finish, Tom was prompt in responding to my emails, and before he started the project, Tom brought over siding samples several different times as I was deciding on colors. Tom was easy to work with, and he answered my many questions clearly and with respect. His price was definitely low for the quality of work he did. My house is on a hill, and and at the highest spot, he was 4 stories up!

I was so pleased with his work, that I asked him to return and replace three thresholds, which he recently completed quickly and efficiently, for a low price. He also replaced deck boards and did power washing. Later this fall, he will replace several windows for me. My only regret is that Tom doesn't interiors as well, because he does such quality work! I am telling all my friends about Raymer and Son Exteriors, and I learned about him from my daughter who was also extremely impressed with the work he did not only putting on new siding, but also repairing water damaged joists and a beam.

We hired Raymer and Sons to cover our four foot soffit around the house with vinyl siding after looking at other contractors and were very pleased with our choice. Tom did an excellent job. He responsibly followed through on his schedule, worked at a good pace and made significant improvements. He is personable and takes pride in his workmanship. Once finished with the job he left the worksite clean and undamaged. We highly recommend him.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Tom and his son: He did a comprehensive pre-work consultation with us and found the exact color of siding to match our bricks. He kept to both his estimate and time schedule, let us know when he would be here or not. His measurements were very precise and he did a beautiful job of putting moldings around the edges. He was even careful around our plants and did a thorough cleanup. We highly recommend him and will use him again.
