4This is a really good place to deliver to for truck driver's there friendly fast and efficient
Sleazy business practices and terrible customer service. 2 months after ordering a couch, it was finally in stock at the warehouse, I set up the delivery date & time, received confirmation emails and text messages, then they sold that same couch to someone else and pushed back my delivery another 3 weeks. The delivery date was pushed back 4 times, what a waste of time. I cancelled my order and will never shop here again. Stay away.
They are absolutely amazing! 3 calls for 3 different problems. They answer my issues promptly and fast appointments. Always on time. Steve is a great dude too!
My special order bedroom set $3000 had a niche in it. I called them and told them it came with a niche and they sent someone out in 2 days! I didn't even need someone out that quick, it is just a piece of furniture that I could wait to have it repaired.
My ottoman has a tear on the corner. Fixed! The lady that calls after the services are done is very friendly too.
