I cant say enough good things about my experience here at Raymour. SHORTY the sales associate was amazing, patient, kind attentive not pushy. I'll be back & when I return Shorty will be my go to!

Horrible experience so far. The reason they deserve 1 star is because the employees are actually very helpful but the company and material beyond horrible. I purchased two couches on 11/18 for the new house i purchased. I inspected everything at the store they looked great. Delivery came just to realize the couches in the place you put your hand make a horrible noise. I called and called they said well a technician service repairement has to come check it out…. He comes a whole week later says there is nothing i can do. Its a piece of cardbord inside the couches that make the noise, apparently it is not a manufactor issue. I asked then whose issue is it? But thought maybe i didnt inspect them carefully enough. My wife goes to the store to re inspect the same couches they do not make that noise. The representative tells her they are not supposed to make that noise. I call again now they are sending a 2nd technician to check what is the issue with the furniture. I do not know if they keep better material couches in store as display and give people totally different couches… i keep asking what am i supposed to do? Nobody so far has given me an answer…

Update: New couches came in, they feel just like the ones in the store as they should. Thanks to the delivery drivers and everyone else who was nice enough to do their job twice. Only reason not for 5 stars is that we have been going back and forth for a whole month.

This is our second set of furniture that we have purchased from Natalie and her amazing team at Raymour and Flanigan. She helped us find the perfect sofa and love seat sets for our home. She is friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions promptly and supplied us with an exceptional customer service experience! I wish all our big purchases were as simple and stress-free as Natalie has made our buying experiences with Raymour and Flanigan! We absolutely love our furniture! My wife and I went to look for a new mattress. Rich Einhorn helped us with the selections. He was very informative and patience with us. He also helped us get the best deal possible with next day delivery.

Sid took care of us so nicely, he took his time and answer all of our questions. Show us what we wanted on a big screen. After we made the purchase he offer his business card, offer to come back and ask for him in the future and if we see something online and not sure to please stop by and he will show us on the big screen and guide us if needed. It feels amazing to have a representative that takes pride in his job, SID GOOD JOB BUDDY! We highly recommend Cottman store. And the sofa we ordered came in perfect conditions, wrapped and clean, the delivery guys where very nice and on time. Amazing experience THANK YOU ALL!

My experience with this location was nothing short of amazing. Rich was attentive the entire time and helped us through our whole ordeal I would visit this location again. We also encountered AP who was also helpful she was also amazing. My kids will enjoy their new furniture

If I could give a Zero star I’d give it, especially with their delivery service. I have a baby that has allergies to grass and is also immunocompromised. Imagine I politely ask these delivery men to put on a non-skid shoe cover that is medical grade, and told them about my sick infant that creeps around, and this one guy is going to give me straight attitude telling me he is not putting it on, and then after seeing the surprised look on my face mentioned that it’s company policy.

Are you telling me, it’s a company’s policy for their workers to walk outside and could blindly step in animal feces, walk in grassy areas, and on the muddy ground (because it was raining earlier too), and be able to walk into people’s fully carpeted house with their Dirty, filthy shoes, rubbing it all in the carpets, and putting their customers HEALTH at risk, especially after being told about the customer’s said health risk?

I am upset because I politely asked, and I told them my situation. They didn’t even care! This man had a whole attitude because I politely asked him to put the shoe covers on and told him I had a sick child inside. But as long as they got paid, they’re good, they don’t care!

When I told him, I can’t let him inside with his shoes, he turned up the attitude even more, and did not hesitate to say “Okay fine” with his facial expression and body language saying, well F- you then, I don’t care, and then pushed the furniture away from the door.

My question to them is, what if they had a sick child at home, would they keep the same energy with someone not wanting to put a shoe cover on, to protect their child’s health?

I ordered bedroom sets from Raymour & Flanigan before on 2 separate occasions and the previous delivery men were understanding of my situation, and applied the shoe covers. They never mentioned this being the policy, so you can understand my confusion and frustration when the delivery men today instantly had an attitude and refused to cover their dirty shoes, and could careless about my reasoning behind it.

They are acting like the delivery was free, I had to pay $75 plus tax for Delivery and set up, which is separate from my furniture order. The item I ordered was able to be brought in by 1 person, and where it needed to be set up was just a few steps away from the door.

I started furnishing my new place with this company, but thats it, Never Again!
I Canceled my order!

As I said earlier, I feel like as long as they get paid, they’re good, they don’t care! I’ll go spend my money somewhere else.
