Went into the store knowing what I wanted. Mae greeted me, we went directly to the items to confirm I liked them in person (I looked online), then made the purchases and scheduled delivery. Baddabing Baddaboom, done in 20 minutes.

A very special thank you to Ralph, who was very knowledgeable, professional and patient during our decision making & the close of our sale! As a new homeowner & a recently finished basement, we can not be more excited to fill our new home with beautiful furniture from Raymour & Flanigan!

I have worked with Mae for over six years and she has helped us to furnish three different homes. She is knowledgeable patient and helpful and is always very responsive to any questions and concerns that we have. We even followed her and sought her out after she moved from the from the Plymouth Meeting store store to the Exton outlet.

The price was right. The quality is always great. And the sales rep went above and beyond to make me happy. My type of place.:)

Good experience that turned HORRID - we purchased furniture there and the protection plan. Leather furniture was damaged - after their tech attempted to spray paint in our house, they agreed to replace. Great - thanks.

Flash forward - another part of that piece went bad, and they agreed to replace. We received our "replacement credit" and went to the store. You would have thought we were lepers walking through the store because we had a credit, and a salesperson couldn't make ANOTHER commission.
We were told we needed to deal with the store manager - Kirsten who ended up being very pleasant. We found a replacement piece we wanted that wasn't in stock due to being the end of covid season. She was going to call us when it came in.

After radio silence - my wife and kids happened to stop back in and was met with pleasantries from Kirsten again. Then it quickly turned rude after my wife asked why she never called about the piece we liked "I didn't have your information" was the first excuse.

Then "I wrote it down on a sticky note" was another excuse.

Then she told us our credit had expired and that there was nothing we can do about it. After speaking with a "service manager" they offered us a credit for $150 in lieu of the $3000+ we were owed because of the damaged furniture we had / "protection plan"

You'll have better success buying furniture on craigs list.

Kirsten was very helpful in more ways than one with her knowledge, patience, anticipating our needs, and all with a warm, sincere, personable personality!

The outlet store in Exton was well stocked, clean and efficient. It was my first time in that store and I was pleasantly surprised!

Great and easy experience getting a sectional sofa. Kirsten was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

Ohan is wonderful - recommend him for all your shopping needs. Patient and helpful and no pressure. Made us feel comfortable and he’s very knowledgeable about the products we’ll be back for a new mattress

Delivery was ok but could be better if they went to the house instead of the end of the driveway.

I came to Raymour and Flanagan with my wife and a close personal friend in search of a new mattress to alleviate chronic back pain and poor rest. We were met right away by Lucie, who provided exemplary service and we would recommend anyone shopping for a bed go to her to receive an expert touch and a satisfying experience.

It was my first time visiting a Raymour & Flanagan store and I was so pleasantly surprised! The Exton store had such beautiful furniture from bedroom to living room and all in between. Some of the nicest I’ve seen anywhere. We were immediately greeted by a Salesman Russell Atmore who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was patient with us as we were very indecisive and helped us in our purchase of a new bed, frame and headboard. We interacted with the store Manager as well who helped us and was a total sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to anyone and the Salesman and Manager were great!

Great experience at the Exton location! Ryan was our salesman and he was so helpful through out the whole process! I would highly recommend to go here for all your furniture needs!
