We were looking for a Stand to put under our TV, it's on the wall. We looked at several places but they all seemed cheap and looked not so good. We went to R&F and met Jake. He was easy to work with, gave us our space to roam and when we needed him, we went o him. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, at other furniture stores the salespeople are like fleas to a freshly washed dog. Collegeville R&F is great.

All around positive experience. Great selection. No pressure salesperson. Great product (Tromley Recliner) delivered without any issue. And when I noticed it had gone on an even better sale the next week, R&F cheerfully credited me back the difference! I just became a loyal customer.

Negatives: Stalker sales people. "Just looking" means nothing. We had someone literally lurking in the fake greenery. Too weird so we left and purchased elsewhere.

Looking for two recliner chair for our living room. We were greeted by a Raymour & Flanigan associate (Sandra Salome) when we entered the store. She helped us understand the store layout, and was very helpful and informative as we looked at available options. We eventually did find what we were looking for and bought two Fabulous living room recliners.

We were greeted when we walked in, given information about their current sales and pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. No pressure to buy and we were able to shop at our own pace. Very informative when needed however.
