I was greeted at the entrance as always. My sales person was friendly, knowledgeable of the furniture, and patient with me. He asked me immediately what I was interested in. The sales person Listened, walked and we viewed the style and my interest.

My salesman, Wahid Alam, walked me through the selection and purchasing process as I live in south Delaware and couldn't visit the store. The recliner I bought was for my elderly aunt and Wahid texted me many pictures so I could forward them to my aunt in Philadelphia. He was patient and professional. Ramour & Flanigan is lucky to have him work for them!

I would recommend her helping with any furniture purchase. She will help you get what you want in the most professional and friendly way. She is simply amazing!

Good friendly staff. Did not upsell, but presented elderly person with ideal lift chair, US made, for a wonder. Offered extra discount for 30 days, same as cash. Sales people did not poach each other.

Excellent service and selection. We bought a set of sofas 3 years ago and they are still in great shape. Just bought a new sectional and they worked great the price for us. I would highly recommend this store. You get high end furniture for a more reasonable price than designer stores.and it feels and looks as good.

Got a great deal on the Toby sofa and loveseat. Very stylish but comfortable. It's microfiber leather look and it's quite nice.

Do not purchase your furniture from here. Do not purchase the insurance plan, it's worthless. This company doesn't stand by their products or the insurance policies. I will not purchase furniture from this company again and advise you not to. The springs came the couch & the chairs and punctured the fabric. My policy said it covered springs, as well as a host of other things, All lies. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer presentation is very great, and he is very friendly and helpful. I have an issue with the Cashiers, when I talked to them, they didn't even look at me and didn't want to talk to me. I felt so uncomfortable with these cashiers.

It's a good place, " not your Ikea type of furniture", and with quality comes pricing,:) well overall they are very good sales persons, the only thing is you will have a sales person chase you around the store and offer you some water every other 10 minutes lol. I felt attended others might feel harassed, anyways I spent about 1500, on a bed frame, so far it's a good one.

I tried to look at furniture here, but the sales staff was so aggressive I left. They would NOT let me look at anything. One woman even started yelling at me from across the room when my walked away from her. I was looking for three pieces, took my sale elsewhere.

Great piece of furniture the lady and I ordered, but your outside source for delivery sucks! The guy you recommended wastes your customers time because he wants to "be home in time to watch the football game". Do yourselves and the rest of your customer-base a favor and discontinue business with him. Start delivering ALL OF YOUR FURNITURE, on your own.

Best customer service and product so far and this is my favorite store to shop for all furniture.

BUYER BEWARE: The sales team will do anything, including blatantly LIE, to make a sale. Go somewhere else. They do not deserve your money.
