We were in the market for a living room couch. Upon entering, we met Gail, who directed us to the styles we were looking to purchase. She was wonderful! She answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around. We were successful in finding a living room set that we ordered and a salesperson that we would ask for again.

Steve Thompson was so incredibly helpful! We were looking for particular furniture for our commercial business and he went above and beyond to help us find the right product and make the process as easy as possible! Thanks!

We had an amazing experience at Raymour’s in Exton, PA. Steve, our sales associate, was the perfect blend of help and no pressure. He got us to the perfect sofa and chair set and we couldn’t be happier.

David saul was our sales person, he was knowledgeable and took good care of us along with gave us our space while shopping. He was even able to speed up our delivery which was great and delivery people were great as well and on time. Next time we go back I will request him.

Great Experience! Terri Reed was our salesperson and she was just so helpful! She really took her time with us and I never felt rushed or pressured. We have bought a lot of furniture from Raymour & Flanigan and there is a reason why - the customer service and quality is wonderful. We ended up with the Lucinda tables and Ollie couch/loveseat collection which doesn't come with an ottoman, but Terri helped us find something that worked perfect for our room! We had to wait jus a bot for delivery due to a backorder, but I was thrilled when she called me to let me know that it was ready sooner than expected. The delivery process and their notifications was superb and everything went very smoothly! Thank you!

We went into Raymour & Flanigan to just look. What we got was a beautiful sofa and cocktail table at a good price. Our salesman, Bruce Minick, was terrific. No high pressure techniques or breathing down our necks while we looked around. He stayed well into the background and when we did need him he was available immediately. We didn't have to go look for him all through the store.we will defintely be back.

Steve was not overbearing, listened to what we wanted and helped us make a wise decision. He really knows how to help customers with a soft but professional demeanor. Walked in, wasn’t greeted by a soul. I had to approach a sales person to get help. I decided to take my business and money somewhere else.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Purchased a new bed, mattress and desk and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful with the sale. No complaints here

Furniture quality they carry is ok, not great. Prices are high for the quality of the furniture.

The furniture in the store looks great, though the sales people are terribly pushy. But upon delivery. The furniture is cheap and damaged. Every time, they've needed to reorder after attempting to deliver damaged goods in perfect boxes.

Great selection. This store is the biggest Raymour I've been to. Service can not be matched. If you need furniture make this your first stop and save yourself time. THANKS RAYMOUR!

I visited the Exton, Pa. Store on the afternoon of 9-24-17. I was met by a very well informed gentleman named Adrian. The service was excellent and he had exactly what I was looking for. Prices are too high for the quality.

We had planned this purchase to be something we would hand down for generations in the family, will likely only last us a numbers of years from now. Here is why.

We were in a good position to get something top of the line a few years ago. They had a special design that was rarely seen elsewhere, but not impossible to find. We took our time and worked out a deal for something we though was solid wood. What we though was top quality, the feel and look, turns out to be resin mostly with some wood core.

How do I know this?

Within 1 year:
1. Staples came out from the fabric on multiple chairs. One a few chairs the whole backing was falling off.
2. A chair leg broke (saw first hand the inferior quality)
3. Paint chipping in odd places
4. Nails sticking out from odd places that poked a couple people

Good thing I paid a fortune for the warranty, in home coverage. They did come out and fix some of the items.

Purchased new bedding for a couple of rooms in our home. They have an excellent mattress showroom with lots of selection to compare and choose from. Sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery was in a day of order and the delivery people were on time and did a good job removing the old mattresses and setting in place the new mattresses. Pricing was competitive.
