Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store, Whitehall PA

Had a good experience overall, we had them price match which was awesome and their delivery is within a week which is even better! I would recommend going to Allentown location.

The consultant that helped me was truly amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient. She understood what I was looking for (I'm very particular) and was able to help me choose the perfect furniture. As for the store, the lighting was perfect, clean and the decor was not cluttered and was displayed perfectly. Not like its competitor across the street where the lighting was too dark and the sales floor was overly decorated (cluttered) which made it difficult to concentrate. Raymour & Flanigan was the third store we stopped in, looking for chairs. The stock was well built, and affordable. The staff were excellent - not hovering, but there when we needed them with the information we needed.

Friendly, slightly overbearing staff but they leave you alone if you ask. Bought multiple room set ups here and everything arrived nicely on the day chosen. Furniture is all high quality.

The staff at Raymour & Flanigan were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Patrick was the salesman helping us and he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, and was not a high pressure sales guy at all. We look forward to working with him again next time we shop at Raymour & Flanigan.
