I would give Zero stars! Technician came out $95 service call. Which was fine. Quoted a price of $850 to replace the chain drive/belt drive. Upon our own inspection it was only the belt that had to be replaced. 2nd opinion belt and top rail cost $106 not the overcharged oversell price of Raynor! Would not recommend!

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and upgrade our garage doors. Raynor Doors were so helpful in choosing the right garage doors for our home. Who knew there were so many options? They were able to schedule the installation at the right time. My husband pulled up to brand new doors, he was soooooo thrilled! I really recommend Raynor Doors to anyone looking for garage doors for their home. Very professional, from start to finish, they have outstanding customer service.

Don't ever deal with Raynor in Wilkes barre Pa on Blackman street.
I had them out to my house to re seal a door that they installed and didn't do correctly the first time.
They charged me 3 hours travel time plus labor to fix what they didn't do properly the first time. When i disputed the bill that was astronomical and their responsibility the guy told me those are the charges. At the end of the day they split travel time but stay away from this company. Owner is arrogant and disrespectful.

I live in NJ but own properties in this area. When I needed to update my doors I looked up this company. I was impressed with the level of service and responsiveness. I had to make a trip there and they were able to take care of everything saving me time and money. I highly recommend them!

Second time I used Raynor for two different issues. I will be looking for a new garage door soon and I will give them my business. They were friendly and very helpful and professional. An A1 company.

My 92 year old mothers garage opener was broken. She was scammed into not only buying a new opener but a new door which was perfectly fine. Eight weeks after she gave a thousand dollar down payment, endless calls to company with no follow up her over priced fix was done. No lightbulb in unit and door with NO emergency handle if unit or electrical shut down Shame in you for stealing from a frail widow.
