12/07/22.had a fcfs 8am to 8pm per broker for this whs.when ur coming down the street and see the bump sign slow down a lot the rail road crossing will tear ur axles off extremely rough.plant is on the left across from coca cola.stage there walk to guard shack.he will check u in and send u to the rec/ shipping office.dot number.pick up or delivery number and drivers license required.truck and tlr and carrier.there's a form to fill out before u go to the window. I was assigned a door.given some labels and paperwork to put in the back of the tlr for the unloader.they called me o the phone after they were done with me and the guard verified I was mt on the way out.

Delivered to the one on Oak street appointment was 12: 30pm arrived at 8: 30am amd was loaded by 9: 00am Great and Fast Service

Showed up at 8: 30 for a 10am delivery was told to go to the Pilot and come back at 9: 30, wasn't allowed to sit in a useless staging area for an hour

Truck drivers “Please stay away form this place””! You’ll will regret it like I do right now! Please.

Horrible place to do deliveries, if you come 30 minutes early is a problem, if you come 1 minute late is more problems. This people just play with trucking business time. I wish to no come back here again. Lazy people in this warehouse.

The team at RC Moore in Pittston are more than professional, friendly and so knowledgeable about their industry I don't even know where to begin. It's refreshing to know that a local trucking supply company is doing such an amazing job! Thank you.

Totally garbage place.if you have extra 4 to 5 hours than you go there.very poor management.

Horrible place, 7.5hrs to offload not even full trailer, check in take at least 30 mins, super slow. No parking, not even allowed to come more than 30 mins before appointment time. Shame

- Park outside the gate and check in with security by the gate, then walk inside warehouse and fill out pickup form before you walk up to the Shipping office window.

- Long line of truck at the gate around noon.

- Arrived 4 hours before my appointment, pick-up took 3.5 hours.

- Arrived at 8: 30am for 1: 00pm pickup appointment and got a dock door right away. Loaded 12: 22pm.

- No Overnight Parking.

Loaded in one hour, Make sure, your BOL has the Seal number, which you're going to put on, on the trailer, after getting loaded, otherwise, there are places, which make you wait, to confirm, that seal number.

I was coming home from my job as a truck driver in my car. I work in nanticoke so I'm heading through those traffic circles near the alden exit. Since I drive them everyday, I know exactly how much space is needed. I have empathy for the truck driver that was slow. What I cannot abide is that when there was enough space to safely pass, your driver thought he owned the road and took up all lanes. I know for a fact that you don't have to do that. When people tried to get around he swerved into them, and then proceeded to speed up. It was wrecckless at the very least. Since I live in pittston I know he isn't going far, and he gets paid by the hour per your ads on Craigslist. I don't see what his problem was. But it leaves a bad taste in other truck drivers mouths about a company, when they see someone driving a truck like that. I have a dashcam in my car, and will send the footage to state police.

Don't be late or it's a hassle. Even if you're on time you sit in the door for 1: 45 till they start unloading you then 30 minutes later you're out. Love it when she tells me to chock my wheels but there isn't 1 chock to be found. Why you have to sit for almost 2 hours when you're on time is beyond me. I've been here several times, that's pretty much par for the course.

Please stop taking cheap freight. U won't last long if u do.
Heavy loads out of here. North Star Broker can be a little rude at times. Dealt with him multiple time as I'm a local and sometimes I'll grab load from here when the rate is good. Drive safe. Stick together.

2 warehouse people on the office not polite at all back and forth between the warehouse because miss information between both.check in by 12 pm in one then when to the other one waiting 5 hr after that the game a door and told me to go back to the other warehouse to pickup the paper work and c9me back again to load the truck come.no technology to send paper work between them?

Busy place, no overnight parking after pick up but I think if you come for delivery there might be for 7-8 trucks because thete is stage are for trucks in front of the gate. Loading takes 1-4 hours depends on the trucks cause sometimes they came at once a lot of them

Had an accident in my Semi. Not at fault, thank you.
They repaired my truck in a few hours. They stopped working on what they were doing and got me back on to the highway. My delivery was on time. Thanks guys!

My experience was perfect.
The lady in the guard room called the reception bcs i arrived 12 hours earlier than my appointment they accepted even though they were very busy.
Very kind and helpfull staff but its better to arrive in time to avoide delays.
Thanks a lot to people helped me. Lot of good wishes for them.

Wasn't bad as what most the reviews said. Definitely can't check in more than 30mins of appointment. I was out with in 2hrs.
