I won't go into deep details but last year.still to this day I finally have a distaste to the place because of my real estate agent who, supposedly helped me with the sale, did very little except to cause anger and attitude toward me and my process. Only when I got the dealer owner, broker, involved did he start to act like a regular real estate agent should but so much damage on how he conducted himself had me never want to use the services there again.as a disclaimer ** THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION OF WHAT I PRECIVED TO BE A VERY BAD SELLING EXPERIENCE OF MY HOME ** but how I was made to feel by that agent on many multiple occasions was ridiculous.for the agent to say I need to slow down. I am stressing him out.really that was one of many comments he made throughout the coarse of the sale. I am sorry my house wasn't a million dollar sale but treat everyone fair. I felt dosca4d3d many times. Many time his responses were even next day or beyond d for just very SIMPLE TEXTS he could've answered back. BILL I feel (my personal feeling to you) you think you were better than me with consistent attitude to the very end and everything was a inconvenience to you when in reality I HIRED YOU, YOU WORK FOR ME. I even now 3/4 year later. I still am furious how I was mishandled and I will us other agencies next time for myself. Just my personal feelings.

Eric Rehling is an asset to the REALTOR community. Eric was the instructor for a recent certification course I took. Hands down the best instructor for any of the certification courses I've taken. He made the material approachable while listening to participants and demonstrating how to apply the teachings into our everyday business plan. She worked hard to quickly set up walkthroughs when we found a promising home, and during an open house would always point out features or flaws that we may have missed as first time homeowners. She was never hesitant about pointing out serious concerns about a home, and we felt safe that we were making the right decision when putting in an offer.
