This business continuously reschedules delivery. Had delivery rescheduled 4 times and that was only on 2 deliveries since 11/16. Always out of water due to their rescheduling and didn't have for the holiday. They have been replaced. Pay the little extra and use Primo

Bill has been handling our deliveries for more years than I can count at our firm. 5 years ago we moved to the 2nd floor (no elevator) and no matter how many large bottles he's carrying up those stairs, he's always wearing a smile! Just do Primo or any other water delivery service honestly, do not do ReadyRefresh. The convenience is not worth it.

I’ve had so many issues over the years with this company. Do not use if you are disabled, mentally or physically. They deliberately take advantage of you with 0 remorse.

Also, buyer beware: when you cancel your account they find these arbitrary bottles out of nowhere and charge you $6 per ‘missing water bottles. ’ Just try to ask them where they get the number from LOL I apparently have 35 missing. Oh joy. 0/10, do not recommend.

Do not do business with this company. Daily emails delaying delivery. Cant speak to anyone at the main store. Only open on Fridays. I'm certain the positive reviews are staff being instructed to create a positive review. I cant speak for all outlets but the Gettysburg store is horrible. We recently switched to Crystal Springs and I'm desperately trying to get Ready Refresh to pick up 20 plus bottles since 9/8/2023 with no success.
