Purchasing an older home in Medford. Gris was very personable and helpful in explaining the overall general condition as well as the smallest of issues to keep in mind once we move in. Definitely provided us with the confidence that we are buying a home that is in good shape. Adrianne was super friendly and helpful as we were scheduling our appointment, and she was totally on top of things when we had to reschedule due to a delay in our contract finalizing.

Frank performed a home inspection on the property we were buying. He was prompt, professional, and very detailed. As he did the inspection, he took the time to point out his observations to my husband and I, so that when we get the report, we’ll have a better understanding of his findings. He was very thorough, and we never felt he was trying to rush to another job. I also appreciated that he gave us “tips” for things to do/things to watch out for in the future. We’ve moved a bunch of times, and Frank was (by far) the best home inspector with whom we’ve interacted.

Terrible! I had a terrible experience with these guys. They send the same inspector i had when i bought the house for a Buyer after i repaired the house & they destroyed my deal after everything was properly fixed with an approved from a Structural Engineering company. These people are out to make money for themselves only. Worst inspectors ever!

Inspector did a good job. He identified many problems with our building and provided the estimated cost for repair. No other inspection company did that. Cost was fair. Definitely would hire them again as they saved me $150,000.

They are very detailed, find anything and everything! Well spoken, professional and very nice. They worked with my schedule, flexible to my needs. I understood the documents of the report and they also included pictures of everything they mentioned. Definitely would recommend!
