I’ve been renting from this company for almost over a year now. Everything’s been going good so far. Any problems I have, maintenance has Been on point. Good people here.

I love the place it’s in a quite calm neighborhood and the management works well with us we look forward to spending more years here. It’s much more to say but I will sum it up with satisfied.

They do not answer the phone they do not follow what’s in the lease, bad communication after moving out and they let their landlords take your security deposit by any means.

They don't answer the phone or return messages. I own a lot next to a a rundown rooming house they operate on 32nd Street and they have their electrical meter Bank illegally placed on my property. Since I started building my Foundation I have given them two and a half weeks notice to move their meter Bank yet after multiple calls and messages I have not even received a response from them. Can't get anyone on the phone they're full automated system only brings you to a voicemail.

I cannot say enough great things about renting from Real Estate Management. If there is ever an issue they are promptly responding to it. The properties are well maintained and look amazing. My property manager Pierre has been outstanding with communicating to us regarding anything and has been so receptive. If you're going to rent rent from Real Estate Management Advisors, LLC.

I am currently renting from them. We have a gas leak in the house we are renting and pgw put a tag on it. Their maintenance put the heating unit in, it was bonded with tape (very dangerous) my whole family could've not waken up. Now we've put several maintenance request in and they are canceling them. This weekend we had to get a hotel so my family coul.ld.bathe properly. We spending money we dont have on take out cause we cant cook. No one will answer or respond

Then Rizza made my utilizes at her own price if my gas was $38 46 she out $256.00.

Rema has been very simple for me as a tenant. The company has various payment options that make it super easy to make payments. The maintenance guys are always in the building close in reach to be able to help make sure things are running smoothly. This is my favorite place to live hands down!

Renting with REMA, I can say that they will work with tenants when tenants run into specific issues. My communication with the company has gotten better over the years and I will say that REMA tries to work to solve issues with your unit as best they can. I look forward to continuing to build upon my current working relationship with the company.

This is a great real estate if anything is broken in my home they will come out and fix it and my home is so beautiful and he a wonderful person and helping me and my kids out as well

So far so good! My property was just switched to this management company and so far I love the communication. I honestly send an email and someone gets right back to me which is appreciated. I also had a discrepancy on my bill (that transferred from the other company) and I can say REMA was right on it with an explanation. Im happy that I now have a management company that responds.

Horrible. Non-responsive and unwilling to help you. Ari, the owner, is extremely arrogant as you can tell by the responses he has left on other reviews.

So bad! They will make promises over the phone and NEVER follow through. If they know they are wrong, they just stop answering. So unprofessional its laughable. Ekrem and Ari are the most incompetent people i have ever talked to. BEWARE

I live in one of their buildings and have never had any issues. Very nice company and very accommodating with any needs.

Real realtors, the kind that offer help, reliable and quick with maintenance. A real pleasure to rent one of there units.

Let me start off, by saying that they are the worst. The company took over the apartment complex I live in. After a year of managing the complex they were fire due to tenants complaining to the owners about the upkeep and not completing repairs. The Manager Ari is horrible and was never in the office……. When you have a problem and you email him or leave a voice message and ask him to give you a call to discuss the issue he never calls or he’ll have someone else from collection department call you ……. The upkeep of the property was horrible……… he is very nasty and gives a I don’t care attitude……. You request for a repair of your unit it takes them about 30 to 90 days to fix the problem if the do or they just mark it complete when they have not done repair on the issue. My apartment complex fired this company, tenants were still receiving emails and texts in regards to rental payment after we was in form by our management office that they were not management and do not send any type of payment to them. My husband and I are so happy that our apartment complex got rid of this company and found better management……

They are very nice and understanding people always willing to help in any situation such caring and considerate and the maintenance team is always doing a great job also

I’m only giving two stars because the realtor (who was new to the company) really went out of his way to help me.

In may of 2022 I signed a lease for June 15,2022. When I went to move in, the unit wasn’t cleaned and there were no copies of the key for me. The realtor was trying to get the company to clean it and came out of his own pocket on June 20 for it to be cleaned so I could move in. The unit was sold to me as having central air but it did NOT. I also could not get the electricity cut on because they had had it wired illegally and did not have an underwriters certificate, which they then had FORGED. They even told the realtor that “she can wait, let’s give it another week” when I repeatedly asked for the underwriters certificate, two weeks after I was supposed to move in! And had been asking BEFORE my move in date! I had to go stay with family In Another state as I tried to figure it out. The unit was not able to be lived in until July 7th when I could finally get the electricity on, almost a month after my initial start date. The stove and refrigerator did not work upon move in, as well as a plethora of other things.

Then, around July 10, they stopped answering any of my calls and were straight up ignoring me for close to a week before the realtor told me a new property group was over the building and any issues I would need to take up with them, as they were no longer liable.

They rented me an unfinished unit, with illegal permits and NO RENTERS LICENSE. Please do your due diligence (which I thought I did) before renting anything from them. And even then, don’t expect any quickness in response from them.
