Real Fruit Bubble Tea, Plymouth Meeting PA

Our drinks were ok but unfortunately we got charged twice for our order in error. We were told by the salesperson that the payment didn’t go through but it did and now we have to dispute it with our bank.

Good Afternoon Google Family. After my supercharged workout at the Edge Fitness Club, which is right next door in Plymouth Meeting, I decided to pay these folks a visit, since I have never been there before on Monday, Labor Day, the holiday. I ordered a Papaya smoothie, which was to Die For! No ice, and extra fruit, plus whey protein. Ordered a Medium to go. They have a nice waiting area. About three tables and chairs for waiting. I enjoyed my smoothie and I would come back. A little pricey, though. I am enclosing the receipt. They have self kiosks for ordering and paying with a credit/debit card and you can also order at the counter, if you pay cash. Thats what I did, I paid by cash. Good night, Google Family!

I got a typical bubble milk tea with 1/2 sugar, and I was very happy with my drink! Usually, if they can do that one right, they can do most drinks well. I will return for more interesting drinks!

Average tasting bubble tea but slightly slow service. You order on a touch screen and there was only one person making drinks.

They had a sign that says if you are a member of the local gyms within the Plymouth meeting Mall they offer a free upgrade to the next size.

Great spot for bubble tea, smoothies, and more fun drinks! The fruit smoothies were some of the best I've had from a bubble tea spot, super delicious - the smoothies were super creamy and made fresh. There are self ordering stations that make the ordering and customization process super easy. There is also some nice seating inside. It is located just outside of the main inside area of the mall in the outdoor shopping area (near Whole Foods parking lot). Looking forward to going back and trying more flavors, it's definitely going to be my new go to bubble tea and smoothie spot! We got the honeydew with strawberry popping boba and piña colada smoothies.

My first visit was okay so I returned. On my second visit, the Boba was hard and dry. It was take-out so I reached out and I asked for my money back. Eleana responded (full response at bottom of page) asking what they could do to "make it right".
A week later after not receiving a refund I reached out again. This time Kathy Wang responded (full response at bottom of page) basically telling me that I was wrong, they'd give me another drink but no refund.
I told her I had already been offered a refund and Kathy refused to honor her co-workers promise.
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.

"The tapioca was freshly cooked and served by a senior bartender with 22 years experience at Real Fruit Bubble Tea in Canada. There was no another complaint on tapioca. We wonder if it was your first time to taste the tapioca? As we know, it always takes time to accept it and like it.

I tried this place for the first time today and was very disappointed in what I received. I had order a taro Bubble tea and it was very water and grainy. It was also more expensive then most places I went to. I also think the worker could of had better customer service skills because she just told me to use the machine while she took an in person order from another client.

Their drinks are great! Got the mango diamond slush and it was amazing. They use real yellow mango that’s soo refreshing. Their boba is chewy and a little sweet, I feel like it could be sweeter. Would definitely come back!

I like the ordering system in the store but the workers are kinda slow. You can’t go wrong with their mango diamond slush.

Best bubble tea spot by far! Was in today and had an amazing visit! Chance and Clayton were so helpful! I had the Strawberry Banana smoothie! Definitely recommend this place! So many amazing options and amazing staff! You can tell the manager really cares about showing his staff with how he takes the time to reach them!

We saw this place had opened up recently and wanted to give it a try. We placed an order for Coconut Milk Tea and Taro Green Tea boba, both were alright. I think the other juice options might be a better choice.

My first drink was very tasty and I will definitely be back to try new creations! The menu is big and it is a kiosk based order system so I recommend checking out the offerings online first so you don't waste a ton of time at the machine. There's limited seating options and drinks range from fresh fruit options to traditional milk tea and smoothies with a lot of customization in between. Hope to be back again soon.
